This is the best Taco Bell around. I'm not sure if Sebastian still works here, but he is (was?) a complete delight. The people are friendly, and the food has good flavor and is assembled well. No slapped together items – they actually care. It's great. As pictured, Flat Stanley had a great time, too... even at 1:30 AM. ????????????
Pretty allergen-friendly, too, if you check each menu item's ingredients before you order.
We always choose this Taco Bell over others in the area because they are so kind to us. At one point they did a little raffle where you could buy tickets and we actually won lol. Not sure if they’ll do it again but it was a fun experience. Also, the service is super laid back in a good way.
Food is always full and stuffed with plenty of napkins given in our bags which is always nice since most places might only give you one lol
Now I’m sorry but when I order and pay for a Doritos Gordita crunch I kinda expect to get the right order. But not only was this not the Doritos, I could care less. But when I open the wrapper and only half of my Gordita crunch has filling on it and the other half is completely empty then I’m a bit more than disappointed. Very ashamed by the staff. And wish some of these “workers” took pride in their work not being lazy.
Walk in. Place your order on a screen for dine in and pay. Only receipt is by text or email. Once you pay, they still then tell you that your order can only be carryout. Can't cancel your order because you pay at the kiosk. Take your food to go so that you can either eat in your car or eat it cold later. Don't like cold taco bell and don't want to eat in car. No signage, no notation anywhere that you must order carryout. I seriously doubt I'll ever go to taco bell again.
The sloppy nachos with the cheese oozing out the closed box was definitely not a nice touch....
I go out of my way to get taco bell at this location instead of the other ones in my area because they are so good at whipping up scrumdiddlyumptious food and it always looks and tastes so delectable. It's like ambrosia from the hands of the Taco Gods. Give these suckers a raise.
I was enjoying my food until I pulled out a long black curly piece of hair. It was disgusting. Thankfully I was almost done eating it or I would’ve been mad lol
You can't pick up delivery orders in drive thru, as the window person tells you that you have to go inside that it's waiting in the lobby. Well, after going thru the line and going inside. There was no food ready and according to them they don't have a delivery order. So unorganized and completely clueless staff. I honestly did not know it took ten minutes to make tacos. I'm happy they thought it was funny.
Order is always ready when I get there to pick it up .
