The food is always sloppy, the people that take your order always make you feel like you're a bother to them.... It doesn't matter the time of the day you're there either. They talk to you like you're an idiot over the speaker and then when you get to the window they are always playing around throwing food or other things at one another and cussing ridiculously loud while I have my kids in the car. They gave me my order don't say one thing to me, like "Thank you!" Or "Have a nice day !" When my kids are waving at them and saying " hi !!!!", They hurt turn the back and shut the window. After I check the food and the entire order is wrong? I have to wait to get their attention for about 10 to 15 minutes because, that seemed like the right time to finally close the window? I hate going there and will never return. It's sad too, because this is a newer location, so I gave them a few chances to make a satisfied customer out of me, but with the rolling of the eyes and the impression that I was interrupting their food fight time (which was probably with our correct order) . It's just not for me. The lady always has her nails longer than my debit card and I can't imagine how the health department feels or any other with half of a brain feels about her with these scissor hands touching people's food and money. ????
I placed a mobile order and it was competed quickly and pickup was nice and easy. So neat that they have a mobile order only drive thru lane! Food was prepared correctly and tasted great! I was genuinely impressed with how easy my experience was with this location.
Looks like a normal urban taco bell all by itself, almost inconvenient to get to from the highway, but in this town it is an oasis. I drive from OKC to Dallas regularly, and this place has never done me wrong. Do they give me a normal taco sometimes instead of a supreme? Sure. But do they give me meat when I ask for beans? Absolutely never. The bathrooms are clean, accessible, non-gendered, and never backed up or lined up for. The staff are cool, polite, and friendly, even when the drive thru is wrapped around and nacho fries can't fry fast enough. I have never once been glared at for looking queer here, which is hard to find in this stretch of country, and more than just appreciated. This is what an ideal Taco Bell is. When you're here, you're safe, you're fed, and you're valued. Never judged.
The staff was nice, but food was cold and no cheese on the fiesta potatoes. I'm not trying to be mean, but for the amount I paid, the quality was absolutely horrible. I can make walking tacos at home for a fraction of the price and my food will be hot. Sooooo disappointed in the quality of the food vs what I have received at other taco Bell's.
You may think what’s so special about a Taco Bell in the side of a highway? Who writes a review about that?
Well, this place is special enough to warrant a review. The artwork is striking, everything is clean, staff is friendly and efficient and the food is great for a quick stop on the way to or from OKC.
If you find yourself on I-35 in Ardmore, OK, make sure you stop by this Taco Bell. You will thank me.
Ordered a Burrito Supreme and a large drink. The cashier asked if I wanted hot sauce. Well get to the window she doesn't give us a straw or the hot sauce. When we asked for it she rolled her eyes and handed it to us and closed the window..no have a good day or anything
Can't say anything about the inside since I went through the drive thru. Bought two soft taco supremes. Oddly one was lighter with ingredients then the other. Not too bad. Just what I noticed.
The Worker was very nice even though they was a bit over hours for closing. Are orders was not thrown together they where made properly.
