Ordered 3 items. The cantina quesadillas were folded and stuffed in Mexican pizza boxes. I ordered a chicken soft taco supreme and received a chicken taco in a hard shell. Way to much sour cream. Very unhappy.
Ordered a combo and everything was good until I was chewing on a piece of plastic in my burrito. Made me not want any of the other food in this order.
The so called "manager on duty" for the night shift definitely needs to be retrained or replaced because she is by far thee worst "manager" part of their management team. I always receive the worst service from the 2nd closing shift whenever I do decide to go to that taco bell. I had a replacement order for cold nacho fries. I pulled up as they asked and gave the guy at the window my receipt. He came back with lukewarm fries that barely had any seasoning on them so I asked for more seasoning... the MOD comes to window and says I have to pay extra for the correct amount of seasoning to get my fries to be done correctly. Then she says... I'm nor going to risk my job... etc. I said ma'am, my fries aren't correct and they're not even fresh smh. She then tells me I have to come back during the day for the general manager to receive my fries corrected smh. I've never in my life gotten this much unprofessional mismanagement from a fast food establishment. I won't be spending any more money with the 2nd shift at this location as long as they still have that unprofessional joke of an hourly paid shift assistant manager.
This place just can't get it right. Every time I order here it's a new bad experience. Almost always manage to get the order wrong. If the orders right it's poorly made. I got two broken Cheesey Gordita Crunches one time that were barely wrapped and falling out into the bag. Did an online order today, for pick up in the lobby. Lobby is closed. They must be hurting for staff because I spent at least 20 minutes in the drive-through waiting while my order was already done and ready. There were only 3 cars in front of me.
The drive thru line always takes SO long. This time I waited in line for over 30 min. I only waited because I had an online order that I couldn’t cancel. It’s the slowest Taco Bell drive thru I’ve ever been to
They did not pay attention to the specifics of my order. I had requested guac and potatoes with no sour cream and I got a ton of sour cream, no guac, and no potatoes. It also took 20 mins for me to get my food. The employees who were working seemed bombarded but the other half of the employees were standing/sitting around outside of the kitchen doing nothing.
I am no longer going to this location. They apparently can't read the order to save their lives. I ordered a Chicken Grilled Cheese Burrito and what they gave me was the Chicken Ranch Chiptole Burrito from the value menu. I spent $5.29 for the Grilled Cheese Burrito and get given the $2.29 burrito cause whomever is making food can't read.
This place is in need of better managment and or personnel maybe both. I was in drive thru line starting at 6:10pm and reached the speaker by 6:40pm. I had a mobile order which I selected to pickup at the drive thru. When I checked in and arrived at the window, they handed me my food. It obviously had been sitting for the whole time. My kids had soggy tacos.. do better Stoneridge Taco Bell. Not visting here again and deleted the app.. I'll find better places to spend money.
