Pulled up to the drive thru and went to order right off the bat who ever I was talking to I’m pretty sure was a manager and very hateful and short. He did not care about what I wanted just kept saying over and over “Is that all” another thing I ordered 2 ckn ranch wraps and all that I found in it was lettuce. No chicken! It was absolutely nasty at that point and I could barely get through eating it. Disgusting and very rude management.
The only thing this place has going for it is the consistency of its food and service. Unfortunately it’s consistently awful. Food is always poorly made, tastes off, skimped out on meat, poorly seasoned fried etc. And the service is usually about the same. Food is consistently forgotten, sauces forgotten, never any napkins, and so on. It’s worth the drive down to Hurricane or just anywhere else really.
Go during the week for day shift. Avoid at all costs on evening/night shift or weekends. The caliber of those working drastically changes. Decent food at the right time. Dare I say: good. God awful pig swill at the wrong times.
Do not buy from here. The Hurricane Taco Bell is way better. Almost every time I order from this Taco Bell, I have some kind of bad experience. Incorrectly prepared food that is extremely skimped on and disgusting food. My most recent experience, they refused to grill my food I had already paid for online and couldn't switch. My food was also incorrect. I had to go home and grill my grilled cheese burrito and crunchwrap myself. It was 1 and a half hrs before close. Absolutely ridiculous. Never getting from here again.
Placed online order was given the wrong order called the manager and they said they would remake but we were 30 minutes away. Never an apology and ended up hanging up on me!
10/10 the worst taco bell in the area. food is always soggy because there’s way too much sauce. always missing something. 9/10 times there’s no napkins or sauce in the bag when requested. they throw stuff in the bag so it’s opened when given to us. Hurricane Taco bell is ran 100% better and has better service than teays could ever imagine.
The taco wasn't bad itself it's the fact that it was cold, and even though I would have no tomatoes, I came with and I'm allergic to tomatoes
Placed a mobile order for pickup in store the app and online said lobby closed at 10 we got there at 915 and it was locked. Waited in a long line staff was then rude about it and food was cold. We traveled from saint albans to come here. Ridiculous.
