I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. I processed an order through the app for this location. The first dasher I was paired with canceled and then I was paired with another dasher who informed us that our order had already been picked up. Well it hadn’t. I phoned the wrong location first and they were great. They helped me track down the right location. When I called the correct location the associate who answered the phone was rude from the get go. I didn’t even get to finish my story before she cut me off to tell me that my order had been picked up. She knew “because she made it herself.” I simply told her, no, that wasn’t the case, and she told me she wasn’t going to deal with my attitude. She told me it wasn’t her problem and I needed to contact DoorDash. However… when I explained that I had ordered it through the app.. she realized she was going to have to help me. My voice wasn’t raised and I wasn’t being rude… I just simply wanted the food I paid for or to be refunded. Simple as that. When I asked her how could we rectify the situation, she placed me on hold. She came back on and told me she was going to redo my order and literally hung the phone up. I want a district manager or a general manager to contact me. This person shouldn’t be working in the service industry because they have the absolute foulest attitude. I used to love this location, but I will not be purchasing from them ever again.
This November 20th 11:11pm . Whoever made my burritos chicken chipotle no lettuce add rice did a bomb job on it. Not just my burritos my tacos too. Food was fresh and hot and I live 16 mins away and I mean I have never been so satisfied with any Taco Bell as much as I have this one. The night shift is always on go and ready .
Not a single thing was correct for a $50 takeout meal. Had to send stuff back, missing items, crew in their phones the while tine. It took 38 minutes for our order and they had a digital board showing drive through and in person orders. There were only 6 orders ahead of us when we placed our order. After 20 minutes they then informed us they were out of the Taco Bell Fries and gave us an order of cinnamon twists instead... This location is horrible!!!
50% of the time I get a delivery order from here it's been stolen, it's happened easily a dozen times. Just to let whoever runs this place know - you're paying for those stolen orders, I can't even being to imagine just how much money you lost out on because no one cares who picks-up the deliveries.
I've had taquitos larger than this. Usually a good location, but not today.
They messed up every single item on a 50 dollar order, need I say more. I asked for no cheese, I got cheese. I asked for rice in my taco, I didn’t get any. 05/24 check your night staff out.
This Taco Bell was quick, inexpensive, and fresh. The food was steaming hot when I received it! I truly love not interacting with the employees but still being able to sit and eat here. They have updated seating to where you can plug in a charger. Also I like that there are high chairs available (family friendly). In addition to all of that the food was good. My friend got a crunch wrap which had holes in (see pictures) but that was nothing to the service and quality.
First the service is terrible the food is made poorly half the burrito had food in it the other half was just tortilla, tacos with barely any filling, honestly i dont think weve had 1 meal from here that was made right or we were impressed with and we have eaten here a lot over the past 2 years. Today we Literally sat in the parking lot and watched the manager selling drugs to multiple people including coworkers. Ridiculous... we've also heard her talking to fellow employees about it in the resturaunt on multiple occasions...I think we will stay away from this location from now on.
