Fast and easy. Food was made right and it tasted good. Service was quick and professional. Nice for a road trip stop because it was right off the highway. The Crunchwrap is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone. Their vegetarian options are vast and they all taste good.
Definitely seemed understaffed. Only saw 3 people running the whole place. So that's why it got a three for atmosphere. We had a pretty big order and they got absolutely everything right except they forgot my Mexican pizza. But when I mentioned it to them they were happy to get me one.
Usually we love Taco Bell because we can feed the family for under $40, something we can't always do at other places.
The food and service were good here, but the tables were dirty, there was soda all over the counter, and food smashed into the floor under the tables.
This left only one table, directly in the sun, which isn't a big deal, but only having the one clean table left us no other options.
What is the point of ordering ahead if you’re just gonna be ignored while your food is sitting right in front of you. I understand being busy, but all you have to do is pick the food up and give it to me… they also forgot one of my sauces and when I asked for another one, again ignored. Other people also have jobs. The workers need to learn on how to handle their stress when busy.
This location is awful. Anytime I decide to take a chance they show me why I prefer to go to other locations. They constantly mess up orders and they prepare food sloppy, like they don’t even care. I feel like I waste my money every time I go to this location. Nobody wants food prepared like they prepare food, it’s disgusting. Taco Bell should hire staff that care. They get paid way to much for this type of bull.
Not bad except they hear “extra sour cream” when you tell them NO SOUR CREAM.
Order was completely messed up not in order had items from other boxes in a bag and in another box . Not acceptable was told by mgr last night yes come tomorrow get the food replaced the entire order - now I’m being told - my name wasn’t written down after all and it’s gonna be an issue to make it right ! $25 wasted on dinner that got thrown out!
They don’t know how to cook there foods all the way I got a Cinnabon delight and I got home they were still frozen and than I called and they said I can come back whenever to get free ones so I came back and I ordered them and they were frozen again and wouldn’t re cook them and just gave me a refund
