Just ordered some late dinner, this is a Taco Bell/ KFC combo store. When finishing my food I noticed I almost ate mold!!! ???? DO NOT EAT HERE! They have moldy bread and horrible service.
First time getting food from this location and holy smokes! I got 2 doritos taco shells with no meat in them.. Nacho fries that were as hard as granite and a cheesy gordita crunch with raw slimy tortilla goo on it. The manager and owner should be ashamed that they are serving food like this! Run don't walk away from this place! The best location is still the Rio Rancho store.
Usually come to this location but this will definitely be the last time. Ordered some food for myself and my family. A few of the meals had what I’m hoping was beard hair in it. Didn’t eat those. Ate what we could salvage. I was the only one who ate anything with ground beef and proceeded to spend the next 12 hours with the worst food poisoning I have ever had in my life. Will never eat here again
It pains me to leave this poor review because I really do love TacoBell - it is my comfort fast food.
And I totally get it, it is fast food. I should have low expectations, yet I find myself dissatisfied. The last few trips to this particular has been subpar. Food quality and quantity has decreased and is unacceptable.
I (and you the reader) are better off going to Little Anita's across the parking lot. Far better for the same reasonable price.
I think the pictures speak for its self. Trying to get a refund is a hassle too.
10/22/22 between the hours of 8:57 pm and 9:30 pm my order was made horribly wrong. The chips I ordered tasted like burnt grease, my chapula was burnt and tasted like card board. Plus my drink never made it with the order. My fries were cold and tasted a day old. Just don't eat here.
Took a bite of a taco supreme & immediately gagged/almost vomited. Have you ever been in an old, musty attic? Well, that dank smell is the closest thing I can compare the taste of the taco to. Was like the “meat” had been sitting around for days.
Aurelia was the shining example of customer service, can I say wow!
