placed an online order and when i arrived to pick it up, the staff claimed they never received the order. instead of trying to make it right, they claimed i never placed the order despite me showing them a screenshot of my bank account with the payment to taco bell and a screenshot of my order. we were finally able to speak to someone that agreed to just remake the entire order, but by the time we finally received the food, my fiancé and daughters food was cold. they gave us coupons, but this service does not encourage a return visit.
Went in about an hour till close, ordered a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights and an order of nacho fries.
It was busy in the drive through, we expected the wait, that’s not the issue.
The issue was the goofing off in the kitchen that make it take longer and then getting in the car only to realize after the waiting so long, they were cold and we didn’t even get all 12 of our cinnamon delights
Do better :(
I would give this 0 stars if I could. Had a pregnancy craving and ended up crying and upset because literally everything was wrong. Chalupa was stale and hard, chicken taco had no chicken, Mexican pizza was missing beans and drowned in sauce, beefy 5 layer had the plastic shredded cheese and sour cream (I didn't want) and barely any meat, missing fries...it was aggressive on how incompetent the staff must be to get every single thing wrong. So far beyond bad I remembered why I never order from here and my family will never again. If you want to flush your money, at least do it in a toilet where you can enjoy watching it spin as it goes down.
I know the cheesy roll ups aren’t supposed to be the most filling but I don’t pay for a tortilla and 6 pieces of cheese. That is ridiculous!!!! Do better. To make it worse, the damn cheese wasn’t even melted. You had ONE job.
At around 9pm today-
Never before have I been asked to use a order kiosk by the person behind a cash register order computer until today at this location. Food was good. Had to ask to am employee to turn on the soda machine too like what is going on here
I drive to this location from Avon for the experience. The employees are always so nice on every shift, our food is ALWAYS correct & given timely, the staff gives your kids a nice experience if they notice them in the car. I’m confident if something wen my wrong with your experience, it was your fault - not theirs. ????
For how slow they were operating at the time we ordered our food there is no excuse for the service we got from this establishment! The food we ordered was not the food we got and the quality was subpar by far! Think twice and check your order if you do order!
The employees were soo nice! Never have i had an interaction with fast-food workers where they have such positive energy and are just genuinely nice people! The guy said he loved my hair and i could tell he genuinely meant it and it was just so nice, especially bc dying my hair the way i do is so hard. I was just here to pick up a dash but they honestly made my day a lot better :)) thank you
