I can't believe these people are still in business. It is amazing I still come here hoping they will make the tacos right because it never gets better
Half spoon of meant, two pieces of lettuce, 4 strans of cheese and they double their price and ask you if you want to spend 4 more dollars to get another half spoon of meat. We need another place that know how to make tacos like taco boy.
Your ripping your customers off thats why you don't have many.
This location is very hit or miss. The food has gone downhill the past 6 months. Quite often the soft taco shells are hard and stale. The food is cold to the touch more often than not. It's fast food so I don't have high expectations, but I expect it to be at least warm. At least the staff are always nice. This used to be the best TB in the area. Lately it's very much lacking.
The food isn't great but you know you're not going to get sick. I like the new lower priced options. And you do crave this food once you've eaten it. This is still the only restaurant I know of where you can get the Baja blast mountain dew drink. Which I think is the best of the mountain dew flavors.
There's another one called sweet lightning that you can only get at KFC
May 14th at 12:30 am I experienced the WORST customer service at this location. This location doesn't have the best rep to begin with but it was a long day so took a chance. I didn't even order because the black guy on the headset kept saying "cmon man" so long story short, I pulled up to see if that would calm his attitude down and I could just order from the window. I asked the other guy at the window if there was a manager and he pointed to Mr. Wonderful. I asked for corporate number, he said they're franchise. I then asked for ANYONE above himself and their information and he claimed he was above all. If this man in his 20's with customer service like what I experienced, is ABOVE everyone there, that explains everything. He needs serious training in customer service etiquette. I have searched and cannot find any info on who to contact about this miserable employee. Anybody have an info? I'm so pissed with how I was treated with my kids in the car and definitely think dude needs to AT LEAST be called out and talked to about it. I know I am not the only one that's dealt with this idiot. Someone plz pass along the actual managers info ????????
This Taco Bell is almost perfect. We did an online mobile order and the only issue that we had from start to finish was how long it took for the food to come out. However it was definitely worth the wait. The entire staff was super friendly and communicated with us about the wait. When the food finally did come out everything was perfect and hot fresh exactly what you wish for every time you go out to eat. I can't say enough good things about this location. If I'm in the area I'll definitely swing by again.
This is the only time I've not liked my food at Taco Bell. The Chalupa was stale and had hardly any filling. The taco I received tasted so bad I had to return it. This was before the lunch rush so I was the only one in there so there's no excuse of being so busy they missed something. I love Taco Bell I just wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell.
I haven't even left the parking lot yet that's how irritated I am, so I order the double steak burrito I asked can you press it a little bit so it's nice and crispy on the outside. I go up to the window it's like the thing was already made not very hot & Soft like a marshmallow I say "excuse me guys" "like yeah" some white kid replies i ask "can I get this a little crispy I mean it's soft and soggy" and he kind of snatches it out of my hand walks back comes back 20 seconds later "here you go" and I am about to ask for some hot sauce and he turns around and he slams the window and walks away. Somebody comes back opens the window gives me some hot sauce. I don't know that that kid needs to be fired he didn't give me a receipt.
I never write reviews, but this Taco Bell location is very above and beyond. They are super fast and they never mess up my order and the food always tastes great. They are very efficient, almost militant in their execution.
