Good customer service. Was greeted promptly upon approaching the counter. Order was accurate. Location was clean. Food was good. Nacho fries were crispy.
Stopped here to grab a breakfast with my daughter and the lobby was closed. On the door it stated that they open up at 10 AM however this location sometimes has short staff and the lobby will be closed and you can only order through the drive-through. The Taco Bell employee was nice enough to open the doors for my daughter and I So we could use the restroom and place an order. This location has a large diamond section and on some of the larger tables electrical outlets are available. They also have a super fast check out kiosk inside.

The level of service has gone downhill. Went through the drive thru and nobody greeted me via the microphone. I spoke several time. After 3 minutes, I went inside. Ordered a veggie bowl and it wasn't even made correctly. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that until I got home.
This Taco Bell is a hidden gem. It's usually fairly clean inside, the workers are always nice, it's never too busy to wait for the quality, the food is always fresh/order accurate, and the Baja Blast and sweet Tea are always on point.
I had a Mexican Pizza the other day that had beans evenly, and meat evenly across it... I haven't had one made that way, THE RIGHT WAY, since I was a kid 25 years ago! The usually just half beans/half meat it at every other Taco Bell I've had it at, so this was a huge success to me... Took me back. Completely nostalgic.
My kids had the supreme Doritos locos, and a chicken quesadilla, both orders also fresh and crispy, w/ plenty of toppings between the shells. Their friends I took to lunch w/ us both devoured the beef crunch wrap supremes like none they had ever had, and they all had a great time and left full.
Kudos to this Taco Bell. We will surely be back.
Son had an interview for 2 pm today. He confirmed yesterday that interview was still in place. He arrived for interview at 1:55 pm to be told by the staff that the manager left for the day and come back next week. I cannot believe how unprofessional their management is.
Ordered in the drive thru for my daughter and I. 2 grilled cheese burritos and a quesadilla meal. No cheese on my burritos or the right ingredients, someone threw some chicken on there and guessed the rest. the lady at the window turns her back to us as she's handing me my food and drinks and continues laughing with another employee. This happens all the time. Idk what happened with management in the last couple of months but this taco bell has went downhill recently. Needs better employees or at least ones that act the part. Lazy, incompetent, and downright rude staff.
Good service, good inexpensive food, clean dining area ... perhaps the largest, newest, cleanest Taco Bell location in the tri-cities and Richmond. Getting a manager to look up from her personal cellphone to acknowledge you as a guest , a huge opportunity!
So, I drove up to Taco Bell, and was greeted with a very nice, young lady. She took my order, the service was fast. I enjoyed my fresco tacos. I’ll be back.
