Let's get one thing clear, this is Taco Bell. Not fine dining. I'm not surprised if the table is messy because the person before ran out without cleaning up after themselves, and I'm also never expecting any consistency with portions.
With that said this is one of the best Taco Bells I've been to. I've never had to wait for my order and the staff is really polite. I make sure to stop by when I'm in the area and need to grab a quick bite.
If you’re going to charge $1.33 for cheese at least fill the dang thing. I swear the employees act like they are paying for it. So gross to order 4 cups of cheese and all of them are only half full. Overcharged for under serving
Ordered 2 taco supremes, beefy burrito supreme, nachos bell grande, and a side of pinto and cheese. When I got home and found parking an hour later, I discovered that the taco supreme had no sour cream and hardly any cheese. The burrito supreme looked like a regular burrito.
There was a young lady at the register who didn't seem to know how to work it.
Ordered the cheesy Gordita crunch combo and this is my taco Supreme i paid extra for. This place is terrible the tables are dirty and more than half the time you have to wait 20 mins at the counter. The 20 min wait you see the employees head down and building tacos that's it where is management? where is the awareness too? Needs much improvement the district manager needs to follow up on this.
Great taco bell, I usually make my own tacos, but when I'm lazy, I go here. Polite staff, decent price.
Management needs to change. They are trying to be as efficient as possible by only having two staff members working but it creates long wait times. I shouldn’t ever have to wait 40 minutes for Taco Bell. For that I’ll get real tacos down the block. Hire more staff and stop overworking your employees. It is unreasonable to expect 2 staff members to be able to make all of these orders for an entire neighborhood. Greedy manager needs to go.
Big thanks to Mathew & his coworker, I was trying to redeem my FREE birthday gift (frozen Baja Blast drink) on the app but for some reason it wasn’t letting me. I explained to them & showed them the app on my phone. They were also confused BUT they gave it to me anyway and to make it up to me, for the trouble the app had put me through… they gave me a FREE quesadilla! ???? THANK YOUU GUYS !
Great customer service! Don’t penalize them for doing the right thing that the app failed to do. Fix the app, managers please contact ya IT if you feel a type of way bout your incredible employees making my day! And both are handsome ???? lol
Does Taco Bell not teach their employees about cross-contamination?? This is not the first location I’ve been to where I noticed, the people preparing the food, don’t change their gloves… when you’re touching the register, cash from customers, brooms and mop sticks etc.. wouldn’t it cross your mind to at some point change your gloves before touching someone’s food??
