Poor job today on food assembly (portion size). It looked as though the cook was threw the scraps or leftovers from previous orders to make my order. Might just be a bad day!?
Just imagine you order potato soft taco and it has 2 small cube size potatoes (size of a popcorn) sprinkled lettuce and a little sauce with no cheese (doesn't it come with cheese?) And you bite into it and it's all tortilla. Idk maybe I'm wildin but it shouldn't be like that from my perspective!
We stopped in for a snack on our way home. No one else was there so we just dined in. We got our drinks and sat down, and they brought our food to the table. That was nice! My favorite is the chicken supreme chalupa, and my husband always gets a chicken quesadilla. If you want 5 stars BRING BACK NACHO FRIES!!!!! UUUUUGGGGGHHHH???????????? why do you do this to us. ????
best taco bell within a 30 mile radius. it's not overpacked like the one in lowell. Although service was not at the speed of light, my tacos were prepared with care and ingredients were well portioned. other tacos bells clumsily assemble the tacos and skimp on the protein but ayer does it right.

Flavor and quality of ingredients is great, but preparation can be very spotty.
Examples: Grilled Chicken Chipotle Ranch burritos, dozens so far, some are filled, some not so much. Some are grilled a lot, some not so much. Some have Chipotle only at one end, some have Chipotle at each end but not the middle.
I'll count this as a small error, but remember, one of many assembly issues.
One noteworthy order was 4 rolled chicken tacos. These come with a small tub of spicy ranch sauce or another sauce of your choice. I asked for the default spicy ranch sauce and clearly said 'both of them' to the clerk. One sauce was off flavor, probably Avocado (I like avocado but hey, what did I request?). I eat at home, 35 minutes after picking up the order, so I'm not going back the the store.
Chicken Crispenada? Too hollow, needs 3x more filling to reach value for price.
Today I went to buy at taco bell and a pregnant lady was there working with a great attitude she was smiling and was very polite. The food was delicious and the service was great.
At 4:55 on a Sunday, 3 people working and they turned away drive thru orders. Dine in is closed but they were only taking mobile orders. What is that about? There was a huge tournament just down the street. Wendy's across the street had a huge line as well as McDonald's. They are losing customers for a reason.
It is incredible how slowly the people who work here move. It must take great effort to move this slowly. Even if you are their only customer, you may have more than ample time to think about the world and the span of your life as you wait for a taco.
At the same time, they are generally polite and friendly. Also, they prepare the food correctly.
I will keep coming here. I will be pleased if they can speed up their service a bit.
Awesome place to stop by for a quick bite. The staff are nice and the store is well kept and clean. Definitely recommended
