DUMP! I gave them another chance since last visit was good... DUMP! These tacos cost $11.00 and had maybe 2 tablespones of beef. Cold and the hard... Just find another place to eat ... Disgraceful!!!
This place is a known dump... I have reviewed it before and gave it the trash it deserved... but I must say that I was there in the afternoon yesterday and everything was great... place was clean... food was spot on... staff was all new and gave full tacos... shocked!!! It was the staff that made the difference... I am sure it will change again when they lose this staff mix... Will check again soon... For now... it deserved what it got... FOR NOW...
This Taco Bell needs to do better on their portions how they prepare their food and what they serve to their customers I frequent this restaurant a lot after work especially on Friday and Saturday nights Because I get out of work late and they’re the only restaurant open
I got a nacho Bell grande. It was six dollars and I barely had any chips. The beans and meat were gross and disgusting. They looked like They just open the can and smeared it on the nachos. There was barely any meat and like a squirt of cheese and then the tomatoes were gross. They look like they were sitting there All day very disappointed I sent it all to the trash I don’t know if I’ll be back here
I adore this Taco Bell, it's probably my favorite in all of Brevard. Hot food, correct orders, fast service. Very nice and clean on the inside as well. 10/10!
consistently the worst Taco Bell I've ever gone to. most times it takes 30 minutes before you get your food. have had to get a refund several times because they weren't able to give me my food before my lunch break was over. theres been a couple times where they didn't even start making my food until I went to ask for a refund. overall poor quality food and slow service.
This location (Barton Blvd) has about 1 competent person working there. I ordered a mobile order and literally waited 1 hour for 5 items. They were standard items. No frills and they kept telling people they were out of rice, potatoes, and chips but they kept making things for drive through with chips. It’s absolutely ridiculous how slow they were. I about had a panic attack in there. I wish there was a Taco Bell closer I wish that I could talk to a manager. I wish that corporate would reach out. You can’t talk to anyone and so no resolutions are ever made. Here have two free taco coupons on us. You can’t use them at the same time though. 2 tacos for an hour wait. You have got to be kidding me. The place was filthy. You complain about being short staffed. Ok so either close inside and make it drive through only or close drive through and make it inside only. You obviously can’t multitask. Just continuously frustrated with this place. They also kept making orders for people that already picked up their food bc they weren’t clearing the queue out. You have the blind leading the blind at that place. The ONE competent person came in around 30 minutes into my wait and could see everyone in there’s frustration. Bless her. She tried to restore order but that didn’t happen.
I love Taco Bell...but my last visit in Rockledge wasn't good. The chips in my nachos tasted like they were cooked in old/burnt oil! Awful flavor and the cinnamon twists tasted the same. Need to find something closer to work for me!!
Didnt get my food at all how i ordered. Ordered all supreme. Got lettuce and cheese on all 6 tacos and crunchwrap. Half empty tacos and a cold crunch wrap. Phone number is incorrect. The number automatically gets answered by an automated message saying the "the person you have dailed is unavailable please try again later." A waste of money.
Staff wasn't engaging, didn't smile or say your welcome to my thank you. Did ask if we wanted any sauces, no napkins given. Rockledge Tacobell isn't the best Tacobell around, but the breakfast foe a quick grab will do.
