We had one experience the first time we went here that wasn't the greatest but we still go to this location. Extremely upset with today though. We ordered on the kiosk and paid extra to have the meat changed from beef to chicken a little extra sauce and to have it grilled with no beens on the burrito. You could hear the guy working throwing a fit because it was changed a little bit. And we had to grab the food and go to an appointment when we opened the burritos they were not girlled and done the way we changed it. If they are not willing to do this then they shouldn't give you the option especially when you pay extra. So now we paid extra and didn't get what we paid for and got bad service. Will not be returning.
Always Friendly and Fast. The app is also well built and easy to navigate plus loaded with great deals. As of the time of this post you can get a beefy 5 layer or choice of 2 other tacos just for downloading the app and making an account. FREE AND FAST!!!
You need new staff. Also why so stingy with sauce packets? Also how the heck do I eat 4 burritos with 3 little sauce packets?? Very disappointed with price fast food. 3rd in a row with a bad review.
Dined in. It was clean. Had a welcome atmosphere. Used the Kiosk to order. Very user friendly. Food was fresh not to greasy. Personalized my order and it was spot on. The freeze drink was good at first. However, very syrupy when reaching the bottom.
Taco Bell will not give out sauce packetts anymore for their doordash delivery orders, unless the customer orders them in the app. This is in Price UT.

Ordered 3 quesadillas, and they put no cheese in any of them....? Not any at all. Either they forgot or they thought it was funny. So just a tortilla with sauce in it. Thanks guys ????
Can't listen to take an order correctly and can't read the screen to make the food as ordered. Go to KFC next door
