Each time I order from this Taco Bell, I am shocked and impressed by how skilled they are at taking the order and doing the absolute opposite. We order online, so in theory, the order is clear and in writing. I once ordered a black bean crunch wrap, and was given a beef crunch wrap. Most recently, I ordered a black bean crunch wrap with no sour cream. The wrap contained sour cream, the shell, and no other toppings, not even black beans? Perhaps they were confused and somehow interpreted the online order with sour cream removed as "only put sour cream on this crunch wrap, nothing else." My partner ordered nacho fries and received a quarter of the normal nacho cheese amount. Maybe they were just running low that night. His cheesy gordita crunch arrive totally smashed. Additionally, the napkins were waded up, greasy, and thrown in the bag. Maybe they thought our bag was a garbage can. Easy mistake, I totally get it. Thankfully we got a whole $3 off of the $20 order. We'll use that $3 to drive out to a Fargo location next time.
Lobby is very loud, very brightly lit, and dirty. Food was good. Second time coming in to eat and likely will not be coming back unless it's to pick up an order. So loud and the music is just typical loud pop stuff.
Vegetarian options can be entirely inaccessible if you consider eggs as not safe to eat.
Walked in and the floor hadn't been mopped for who knows how long. The wet stuff was over days ago. I proceeded to rest room and was relieved to be a man and not have to touch a thing. Should have left after a pee but thought I'd stick with it. It was then I encountered for the first time fully remote ordering. The screen was less than user friendly so I went across the street to McDonald's. It is here, very clean and with a functioning order system that I write this. Wont be back to taco bell again. Too many little guys giving good stuff when I want the spice.
On May 25th around 12am. I placed an online mobile pick up order (crunch wrap combo n chips)
I arrived at the drive thru and there was another car in front of me finishing the order and pulling up to first window. When I pulled over to the microphone, a worker claimed to be “Ian” said all the workers ran away yesterday and theres no one to make the food(he was stuttering as he speak) He said he can cancel the order or I can come back tomorrow and tell “Ian” didn’t complete the order and pick it up myself.
I said okay but I saw another customer who ordered before me waiting for their order.
I also looked what they ordered in drive through screen when I pulled up (there were at least 5 orders)
This Taco-bell customer service is famous for doing all kinds of “I don’t get paid enough for this shxt” attitude in Moorhead.
Since this is the only Tacobell in moorhead, Its sad there are so many complains and story about this place and I cant do anything about it.
Literally the dirtiest place I’ve been in years. Several employees came out of the bathroom, in which the soap didn’t work. Both bathrooms had broken soap dispensers, and there was visible pee on both bathroom floors. I didn’t get what I ordered. The lobby was literally caked in dirt. Very nice employees, though.
The place was trashy and dirty. I ordered a soft shell taco and never got it. The whole place was trashy and sad. The only enjoyable thing was the nacho fries
the women's restroom is out of order, men's restroom doesn't have a changing table. Place is dirty as hell, all over. Tables not clean, bathrooms even worse, KIOSK ordering ONLY. I'm sure staff would help if needed, but definitely not public user friendly. Drink stuff wasn't stocked. I literally didn't even get a handful of meat in ANY of my tacos. Won't be returning. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
If you aren’t going inside to order discard this review. I went into the counter and stood there for 25 minutes and the entire place was dirty. I saw no cars in the drive-through and they only set out 1 order while I waited. Do not go here the workers are lazy and the place is dirty.
