These workers here at this Taco Bell at Hooper and Joor work fast and efficient. The temperature of food was good! Nice, congenial workers.
I went inside, clean. Young man cashier was polite and my order was hot, fresh, and just the way I ordered it, this is the location on Hooper Road, Central, La.
Very nice employees and staff. Keep up the hard work!

Consistently decent food; Tatiana at the drive thru is a class act. She'll take good care of you, so be nice to her.
I used to go to this local Taco Bell all the time. I go there a lot of mornings before work to get my favorite Sausage Breakfast Crunchwrap combo. I've multiple bad experiences to say the least. One morning after I got out of the hospital I wanted to get my go-to breakfast. I asked for iced coffee, they rung me up, and the girl working the drive through said she didn't know how to make iced coffee and if I would like hot coffee instead. Sure, then I'm guessing a manager, came out then said they had no coffee at all. I found it hard to believe but dealt with it. Seems like not much training goes on around there, and literally that same morning when I received my crunchwrap it wasn't even folded properly! Anyways, I've had multiple mornings where they tell me they're closed, or they tell me they aren't doing breakfast items. But this morning I've just gotten fed up because I got there 15 minutes after they opened, sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes, only for a lady to tell me they're running behind and aren't open yet. I work in the fast food industry, there's no reason you shouldn't be ready by open. I've had multiple mess-up orders I've had to go back and have them remake, which I didn't complain about. I'm done going here and I hate to say it because I really love Taco Bell, but this location just feels as though some are incompetent of handling management duties and making their customers feel cared for. I just don't want to waste my time a third of the time I go there because of things like this. They always ask me to do a survey and leave a good review. Wonder how many people they do this to that they just screw over half the other times! Way too often, I hope new management comes soon and maybe I'll give this location another shot.
This place literally robs me every time I pick up food! Even asking the cashier to double check because the last time you ordered items were missing and get told "Dont worry I will personally check" you still get robbed! Their consistency for taking your money and not fulfilling the entire order is on point.
The employees just stand around and when u walk in they look at u like go away the food is just threw together
Incompetent. Slow. Constantly misses items. I just got home and they left two items off my order. I know I shouldn’t have such high expectations to actually receive what I pay for. I absolutely dread when the family says they want Taco Bell. This location is trash.
*Updated: I went back to get my missing food and they don’t apologize or even care. Just “Here you go”.
