I have found this Taco Bell to be in my tope three favorite locations in 50 years.
The staff is a younger group, but they have a much more positive attitude than other locations I have visited. Usually, younger crews forget customer service. Not this location.
I always appreciate their energy and never a problem with order.
I've been here a couple/few times, but always late, so I use drive-thru. Usually using the Taco Bell app, but not every time. Food here is always on point, properly cooked and all prettied up like it's supposed to be. The team that works here is spectacular, with their customer service shining as an example. Even when you roll up to drive-thru with 5 minutes to spare and order 20 7-layer burritos ????????????
Avoid. They skimp horribly on ingredients, they push kiosk ordering instead of hiring employees, and every single table was dirty. Our first trip had a quesadilla that was completely empty in 2/4 slices, the second time it hadn't been cooked, zero melted cheese, and it had the jalapeno sauce it wasn't supposed to. Doritos Locos tacos came already broken and half empty, Nachos Bell Grande had low toppings, Beefy Melt only had 2 tortilla strips.. Some locations have good food, but this one either doesn't train their employees or teaches them to put on as little on as possible, very poor management. The kiosks do not include every available option to customize food for allergies, and I prefer the experience of talking to real people, the employees we did interact with were nice and helpful. We pass here frequently and were excited for a new TB but after trying twice we will not be returning.
The food was average for Taco Bell’s. Chicken, chipotle, burrito, and a bean burrito. They were OK.
Signage on the counter, says to use the kiosk to order.
Two ordering kiosks, but one was not working and the one I used gives you the dining or takeout option and how many hot sauces you want but dining in comes in a bag without hot sauce.
They do have hot sauce and condiments available in the dining area.
The shift leader said they don’t use trays anymore. Everyone’s comes in a bag.
This looks like the new normal for new fast food stores going forward from here.
Obviously still shortstaffed so just be aware and be patient.
There is no number online, nor did i get a receipt (put in phone number on kiosk for text reciept). I decided to give this a shot tonight. We are not impressed at all. Food was sloppily thrown together and falling apart. Did not get all of my order (should have checked) and got food that we didn't even order. Drive thru was closed, so I had to go in when I didn't plan to.
Outstanding service will always return to this location. Went way beyond my expectations in helping me with my menu choices. This location in Blaine is the most courteous, professional , patient customer service that I have ever experienced!! This is how customer service is to be done. Thankyou so much!!
You're better off driving down to Ferndale Taco Bell and getting your food there. You would get your food faster and make it back to Blaine before you would get your order here. Long waits, no receipts, food made wrong and missing items. They have 4 employees working at peak dinner hours with no one manning the open dinning room. Don't get stuck in the drive thru for 30+ minutes, it's curb all the way through... Must be nice to have enough money for a nice new fast food joint but not enough money for more employees (Not even 18 dollars for SHIFT LEAD; kids go work at MCDONALD'S, they'll give you 19 for less responsibility...) Wait about a month or two when they finally convince and hire enough Blaine high schoolers to give up their lives for minimum wage. Don't be mean to the employees (but they will forget your sour cream in your 5-layer and give you lettuce?), get mad at the owner for opening too soon.
They were out of beef. No customers in site. Didn't give me the hot sauce I asked for. Nacho cheese cup was 1/3 full. Slow service. Give me 1 reason why I should go back?
