Usually everything is great at this taco bell but lately things have been going down hill. I ordered 4 of the new green sauce the other day that you have to pay $0.20 for and didn’t get it and now today I barely have any cheese dip for my nacho fries and ordered a black bean chalupa but got beef instead.
Okay..... I have to give a shout out to Kenneth the GM as he fixed our flat and tired looking order and refunded me too. Thank you for foxing the issue without an issue!
This taco bell outlet is very near to many of the shopping places in Edmond, which makes it easier for having cheap food. They have a huge advantage of serving many vegetarian food compared to the other restaurant chains around this area. But, what's disappointing is, they often add meat to your vegetarian food. Beware of this, and always check your food if you are carrying out and don't be disappointed after reaching home.
We are regular Taco bell customers. And I mean 3x a week customer. This time my students wanted Chinese food from a restaurant but they didn't have room for us to sit and eat there. So we came over to this Taco bell to eat the food and for the kids who wanted Taco bell as well. The manager told the employee to tell us to leave because we couldn't bring outside food. Honestly this isn't the way to treat customers who are loyal to Taco bell. Customer Service was simply TERRIBLE!!!????
Every time I been there the staff was polite was able take care of pretty and my food was given to in a timely manner
Only location of 3 to answer phone to say when lunch starts this Sunday and it's 9AM. Manager happy to answer some questions I had. Remodeled since I was here last and no soft seats anywhere unfortunately. The counter guy was extra patient and nice with my special order and when I changed my mind on something. He did forget my cinnamon twists until I went back and asked. It's normal for all the locations in Edmond to mess up your order so always check your bag in drive thru before you leave the window!
They didn’t have anyone to take orders at the counter. Was asked to use the kiosk so as much as I DONT like them I used it. I was paying cash , so I go to the front counter to pay ???? only to be told sorry we can’t take cash at the front counter.
I got aggravated and explained that I used the kiosk like I was asked. Not my fault you folks are short handed if your open they someone here has time to take CASH
NO SIGN on the kiosk saying couldn’t pay with cash ????

I got three crunchy tacos and an order of nacho fries with a Pepsi. The only thing I should have paid for was the drink. When I pulled to the window there was an employee leaning on the counter next to the cashier texting on his phone. I heard the employees in the back laughing. I got my food and my nacho fries were cold. My cheese sauce looked as if they only sprinkled some cheese in the container because it was empty. My three tacos were so soft they fell apart. As if they were dipped in water. One of my tacos was missing the whole other side. I didn’t go back because I didn’t want them to remake my food and it be just as bad or they do something to it. I will never eat Taco Bell again. This has certainly ruined me ever wanting Taco Bell again.
