If I'm the only customer inside the store, why must I use the kiosk. The tables were all sticky feeling. Should serve on trays for that reason. The young man who brought our food out was very friendly. The food was on point. Wife was very impressed with the Iced coffee. It was priced very well. Having a Starbucks literally next door demonstrates how coffee can be so differently done. Taco Bell's was great coffee and did not need to be pricey.
Literally got yelled at here by female manager on duty..
They had messed up my order and I disputed my order which was proven on my ticket.
Problem is she was very obnoxious and distrusting of customers...she only believed me once I had proof on my ONLINE order! ..she then yelled at me to wait for them to remake it..
Very disrespectful.!!
Not coming back.
Just literally went thru the drive thru around 9:45_10am no customers they slopped my burrito together. I couldn't even eat it and charged me $9 the bean burrito was ok however. There was 6 employees there I understand there's prep and opening to do but seriously would you want to pay for something sloppy! I'm calling home office too.
The last few times I've been here the employees just have a sour attitude. Almost as of I'm the reason they have to be at work ???? fix the attitudes and everything else was really good! Timely manor, didn't get pulled up or nothing and food was good, hot.
I placed a delivery order today at 12:30 when I received my food it was cold and my chalupa shells and taco soft shells where moldy the meat look like I been cooked since yesterday. I had to throw everything away what a waste of 20.00
Employees were on their phones in the dining area while using the high top chargers. Eating and drinking drinks, taking up 14 seats in the dining area. One even had a portable heater blowing on her. Another 4 top table had a winter jacket laying on a bench seat. They were quite defensive of their personal belongings laying around the dining room.
The food was normal taco bell. Food came out fast. But still.. slobs. Keep your things in the back and clean the dining area.

I have eaten at many fast food restaurant. But this store has truly earned their stars.
The staffing is friendly and polite. They don't service fast food. I my opinion. I observed them creating artistic customized eatables meals to eat there or Togo. If you are every on O'NEIL Lane stop by for a change in fast food. This I guarantee Taco Bell at O'neil is where you need to be.
ALEJANDRO J should be fired immediately. He lied about a menu item not being available and that he was the manager. When I went inside the store to ask for a refund, he yelled insults and put his hand in my face! VERY INAPPROPRIATE!!
