Order a grilled steak burrito meal i asked for chicken instead of steak was told ok sure and i get away from store i have 3 crunchy tacos no grilled burrito!! If clerk would have double checked order, and if i would have pulled around to check order than i would be going into store pissed! Why can you not make sure what your giving out??
I can say without a doubt, that this is the best tacobell location in Corbin, hands down. We usually get our food as take-away, so naturally the experience is different than going into the lobby. At the drive-through, the staff has always been polite, and our orders have always been made as fresh as possible (depending on how backed up they are or if they're short staffed). The food has always been good, with a lot of care put into the presentation when first unwrapping each item. Nothing ever looks "thrown together" in an effort to push orders out as quickly as possible. I really appreciate that kind of quality and thoughtfulness....
To put it mildly, We go out of our way to go this Taco Bell location instead of the one at CFH in Corbin, because you can actually "see" that the food is better, the service and staff is better, and all of the employees there greet you with a professionalism and pleasant demeanor that the other Corbin location lacks.
I ordered a Mexican pizza with 2 tacos. I had to ask for my drink, and it took TWENTY MINUTES to get this simple order. Eight minutes later I'm home, this is what I got, and they weren't busy. No one inside, one car in the drive thru. Twenty minutes. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. And night shift has ZERO interest in doing their job. They act like it's your privilege that they wait on you. Never again.
I get off work at around 10pm everynight and most of the time I’ll get Taco Bell, everytime without fail I’m treated with the best 10/10 customer service I’ve ever seen and it’s always by an employee named Elijah! He’s a pretty cool dude and a hard worker. Give him a raise or make him a manager.
DRIVE THRU WAS A LITTLE BIT TO EAGER TO END MY ORDER.
Made me forget a couple items requested for someone at home because of the sense of urgency. Other then that the berry freeze was ???? delicious.
Stopped here for a quick bite on the way out of town. Was pleasantly surprised that it was actually good and not just satiating hunger. I opened my taco and actually had a reasonable portion of cheese on it instead of the typical 5-6 shreds. Register bro was chill, and the place was clean. 5 stars
Every time you go there it's all dough and no meat It just don't taste the same anymore and to me they play with their phone and then fix your food and I think that's gross
They really tried to mess up the order. Success for them! We went back to get the correct food. They were unhappy with us. Okay....trying it out one year after the last fiasco and another fail.
