I ordered food via the app, I asked at the drive-through window before he handed me my food. It was made correctly and if my seasoned fries were inside my burrito as the app allowed me to. He said they were out of seasoned fries and that their walk-in was broken. I then told him to keep the food and cancel my order so I can get my money refunded. He said well the best I can do for you is a free taco coupon for next time you come and he is his manager and then slam Drive-through window in our face.
Showed up for my online order and was quickly greeted after I pulled up to the order window and was told it would be a few minutes. 15 minutes later when 4 cars behind me and every car in front of me have left I called out "hello?" and was told it would be a few more minutes. 10 minutes and several more cars leaving after that I was finally asked for my order only to be told the store was missing the primary ingredient for my meal.
I'm not upset about waiting. I'm upset that the store had an online order with an ingredient they knew they did not have but did not tell someone before they waited nearly half an hour for nothing.
There's so many options: put up a sign, cancel the order, ask or inform the person waiting in line.
I don’t know why I even keep bothering going to this Taco Bell. I should have learned my lesson by now.
I order on the app, processed the payment, and I went to go pick up my order. I tried to go in and the doors were locked (it was about 12:40PM). An employee popped out and stated they were having “technical difficulties”, they real didn’t real elaborate. I told them I ordered on the app and it charged me. I asked if I could get a refund and they should “no”, I’ll have to do that on the app, and then closed the door.
This location has had issues for years. I don’t know if it’s a corporation problem or a local management problem. Or both.
The 2 guys working the drive thru acted like they were being punished by being there. And once I got home I noticed 2 of my 6 items I ordered were missing. But I didn't have time to go back... so I was just SOL on that and out $5. Not cool. Definitely not very inspired to go back to this location.
I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch through the drive through and asked for no Sour Cream. The guy in the drive through told me it does not come with sour cream. I said good cause I don't want any. Well low an behold when I get home my Cheesy Gordita Crunch is loaded with sour cream. Not even worth calling over there because there is only one guy working........
I come here all the time I love it workers are always so nice and timely and the food ALWAYS hits. Sometimes I swap the refried beans for black beans and they always remember to give me black beans which is so appreciated. If you ask for sauce you most likely will get extra sauce! Which is awesome
I work near there and never in my life have I encountered a manager that just did not seem to care. Also I ordered the nacho bell. The chips for whatever reason tasted like they got scooped out of old oil. To the point that I could not eat my food and my lunch date also ordered nachos. She also was not able to eat it cause of that same disgusting taste. Talked to the male manager about our visit. The man tall curly haired guy just looked at me like he didn't care. He then said" well I could remake it but it will be the same. I said no thank you told him I would not like it. He did not say sorry or even try to make it better. Just starred at us with a blank face. This is not okay.
I went through the drive through they handed me the wrong drinks and I said something, the worker goes well either you weren't paying attention to someone driving off or the people in front of you weren't. Kind of disturbing that someone's job was blamed on me. Very annoyed with their customer service lately. Have no respect for the people here
I called because we were in the drive through, it's been over 30 minutes so I called to make sure it was open. The guy was like if I were you I would just leave ALL rude and my boyfriend snapped because how rude he was to me. Not to mention everytime this guy is working there is ALWAYS an issue like the one above.
