Well…. Two of my items are not as ordered and listed on the receipt. Which, honestly, is to be expected. What isn’t to be expected is their lack of concern in correcting their obvious error. Lucy (manager, maybe…) couldn’t care less on the phone. “Drive back to the location” was the only resolution. Drive back for $4, no I don’t think so. Adding to the mounting bad reviews is much easier on my end.
This is one of my favorite fast food places to eat at. My favorite meal is the extra steak power bowl with a diet Baja Blast. This meal is very tasty, filling and low in calories. I used to eat here twice a week when I was working close by but I have since retired. I will still frequent this establishment when I am in the area because I like the food so much. They have been a bit short staffed since the pandemic so I advise a little bit of patience when ordering your meal. That is the only issue I experienced. For the fastest service I would recommend mobile ordering or using the drive through.
I came here at 1:37 AM. The female took my order and then stopped talking and turned off the screen monitor outside then as I pulled around to exit the building, she was running, hiding in the store to make sure it looked like it was empty. I do believe management need to take proper cause and make sure that this issue never happens to a customer ever again.
I came today - 05/05/2024 at about 9:45 in the morning. And the customer service was so wonderful. The young girl working the drive thru is a sweetheart! Thank you for being a little sunshine for my day! I needed it

Used to be terrible but lately they have been on point.
Biggest turn around in a restaurant I've seen. Excellent since cantina dropped. Always hot fresh and courteous.
Horrible service. Was ignored for 10 whole minutes while I was trying to order something inside the restaurant. Didn’t even get a look my way. At least acknowledge my existence and tell me you’re busy. Avoid this place.
Check your order before you leave the servi car area, they didn't include a burrito I paid for and I didn't realize it until I got home. Lesson learned. Other than that quesadillas were very good.
