Yikes… what a great dinner ???? ordered 2 quesadillas and this is how they came out.. how do you even serve product you wouldn’t eat yourself
Precious 5 star rating that is now dropping down. The last 3 times we've gone there has been a mistake on the order. We were missing part of our order and realized after we drove off. We tried to call and no one ever answered. When we made it back one of the cooks was eating on the line getting himself a drink. They took our receipt when getting our fresh items but we took a picture of the receipt to let corporate know.
If I could do 0 stars I would. They close the lobby early for no reason, I DoorDash on the side and every time I have an order here at 9-10pm the lobby is “closed” even though it was unlocked. Your hours online say until 1am…
I got a famous bowl meal .. they then told me they didn’t have the ice so I told them I didn’t want the drink. I still was charged for the drink and told “it came with the meal so I can’t refund you” meanwhile I said on the speaker I didn’t want it if it was gonna be warm.. why would I want a warm drink!? The drink was warm and my famous bowl was cold! Had me sitting in the drive through for 10 mins just to still get my order wrong. Then I was charged for the person behind me instead of my own order! I’ve had nothing but problems at this location yall are always out of half the stuff yall sell.. I’ve tried to give yall multiple chances and yall fail miserably every time! I don’t know if yall need new management or trainers or what.. but selling chicken and tacos isn’t rocket science. I’ve worked fast food for years and never seen such disorganization with a crew in my life. Get it together.
Has to be some of the worst food I've ever been served. Biscuits were hockey pucks. The tacos were stale. Chicken and fries seemed like they had been sitting around for hours. Paid nearly $50 for a dinner for 4. Possibly the worst meal I've ever had. You've been warned.
Taco’s had hardly anything in them. The pizza was like old oil. Dr.Pepper had no syrup.
You people are a effing joke get a new job if you can’t handle simply putting a hard taco together!!!!!! Yall got to be kidding me!
Staff is rude and pretends you’re not there. The girl at the window with multiple colored hair pretended like she was wiping down the counters while I was sitting at the window. I wasn’t even sure if she was getting the order ready or not, because she never said anything to me. I got to the drive thru order speaker and all she said was “can I help you?” I told her I was there to pick up an order, and she never said anything back to me. After waiting about a minute at the speaker, I just decided to pull up to the window. Then, she proceeded to ignore me for over 5 minutes. Until finally the food came out. She just seemed to being moving very slowly to fill the fountain drink and put the label on the bag. I’m thinking to myself, what could I have done to make her treat me this way? Finally she opens the window (for the first time) and gives me the food and drink and never said a word. Really?? How rude of a person do you have to be? I didn’t pick your job, you did!
