Horrible the wait time???????????? was ridiculous, I don't do many fast food for dinner but it was late I wanted some tacos ????. Well move it was over 20 plus minutes & I hadn't had my order taken. I saw the cars behind me go inside the other car???? I don't know if they went inside or left. Very disappointing to have to wait. Then I saw a sign????they were hiring. I get it when COVID came ppl are not working. My greeter was nice. My food was really good, except 2 tacos ????????????were broke. I hope I don't have a craving for a year hopefully by then they will be fully staff.(pictures not the best) wow ???? on ground ????
Worst experience ever placed an online order. I waited 20 mins before heading into the restaurant to pick it up. They weren't busy. The order hadn't even been started. Employees were too busy on their phones and screwing around. All in all it took 1 hour from hitting submit online to getting my food. Not acceptable. To make matters worse, when I got home and took the tacos out of the boxes more than half were all opened and dumped into a big taco salad in the boxes and bags. All the crunchy shells were broken. It looked like garbage. I understand all companies are finding ways to cut back on costs but my soft tacos barely had anything on them. They were as thin as their cheese roll ups.
This Taco Bell is located very close to the 33 exit, so you can hop off and on the highway relatively quickly if you are traveling. My order has been fresh and correct every time I have ordered here, even when I have made last minute changes at the pick up window. The service has always been great and the employees have always been positive and helpful.
I had a bad day once and they put some chicken in a container for my dog and it absolutely made my day. I didn’t ask for it, he was being nice. I love the people that work here
Been in drive thru line for 45 minutes before getting our food. Meanwhile, the inside of the food prep area looks like this. The cleanliness of this facility is SEVERELY LACKING. If I hadn't already paid, I would leave. I'm just praying that we don't get sick!
More worried about their phones than doing their job. Forgot my drink, so I waited. She came back to the window angry about it. Asked for my receipt and was given the wrong one. Also forgot 2 tacos on my order. Food tasted old. They were all glued to their phones. Could really use an actual manager at this location.
These guys always get my order spot on and everything always seems to be hot and fresh. For sure my favorite taco bell spot to go to :)
Man I don't write reviews but this is one needing to be written; The folks working today at 9:07 are honestly sad. The meat in all of our orders were undercooked, said we didn't order stuff when he had the receipt proofing we did, and there was a foul oder of rotten eggs emanating from the bathroom area, scammed us of our money and time. Would. Not recommend.
