I have no words. What a total fail
We got absolutely nothing we ordered and due to the bad weather refused to go back out. Yeah. No chalupa here or 4 ct chicken soft taco and no nacho bellgrande. $29.00 later nothing we ordered. We don't eat out much but when we do it would be nice to get what you ordered and paid for. Hope someone is enjoying our meal, cause what they ordered was not that great. I was really wanting my chalupa, and my husband his favorite chicken cantina.Do better. It's not rocket science it's fast food. Read, confirm the order. It's not hard. Most if us all worked fast food back in the days when it was not that simple. Take a clue from McDonald's, when providing the order, confirm the order and look in the damn bag to confirm what you are giving the customers are correct. It's simple. Might be an extra step, but you are in the customer service business.
If the people are not happy, and don't return, you know why.
Polite staff ... Restaurant very clean ... food was good! Got the Chicken Chalupa box (thought was on sale, but it ended, so $9.99). Comes with a drink, but I don't drink soda, but they said they had ice tea. Trouble was ... no unsweetened ice tea. Overall experience was very good.
Was out of something I ordered and then asked me to back up in the drive thru so that I wouldn’t get them in trouble for going overtime. That is literally why they have a timer. I hope the owner or someone from the franchise sees this. The cashier and the employees were great, but you should never lie to your boss.
Placed an order online thinking I would take a step out of them possibly messing the order up. Picked the order up got home and why order boxes if your just going to throw it in a bag and not have it labeled. Secondly I take them time to customize the order online to remove certain items that I Dont want. How hard is it to read the screen and follow instructions. Ever item I ordered had exactly what I didn't want on it. Also we didn't even receive some of the items orderd. Wasn't like they were even busy. Just sorry customer service. This is the last time I will ever order from this taco bell again.
One of the slowest Taco Bell's I have ever seen, it took 45+ minutes to get our food and when we got it, some of it was room temperature and some of it was cold. I could've went to a actual restaurant, have eaten and been in and out quicker and still pay less.
Staff not pleasant. For a place that closes at 2am it’s very odd when you go through the drive through at 10:30 and they immediately say “we aren’t accepting orders at this time”. That makes no sense at all. You must just not want to work? It was than we said we placed an online order (keep in mind 5 minutes before) and they said drive around.. obviously they just pick and choose when they can take orders!
The service is terrible and they say they are opened until 1 am but usually closed, when you do catch them opened they are out of everything and not very professional at all. Living in the area with this being the only restaurant opened at night it really is an inconvenience and it says on their website they are opened when they're not. I recommend calling them before traveling there. ???? So, I went back tonight and they we're so much better, the food is amazing and customer service was awesome so I will definitely give them a ????, That was better Taco bell ????????????!!!
These are 2 quesadillas we ordered. They are burnt and very hard. I can't believe they wrapped these up...as if they were edible. Also, our burrito was left out of our order.
