I had a very pleasant experience with Kayla at the drive through tonight. She was a very big help when I had questions about items on the menu and she was very kind. I will definitely be driving across town to this taco bell from now on . Also, Props to the kitchen for this very creative way to mark *NO sauce* with the letter "N" (made with cheese) on one of the quesadillas. It set ot apart nicely. My family got a chuckle out of it. Thank you for the good food and smiles. Best tasting tacobell we've had in a LONG time. Everything was perfectly sauced and cooked.
Brought the whole family here for lunch today. Came to dine-in, used the app to order, better deals, and you can earn reward points.
After setting up the order and clicking to pay for it, the app gives the message that they are experiencing a problem and are working to fix it.
I went to the counter and tried to place my order there. Was told that they could not bundle the meals like the app does, so they would have to charge me a higher price for everything. I showed them the order in the app, and they said they would not place that order. I had to pay the higher price because they didn't know how to adjust the price on their register.
The manager said the say thing, sorry not his problem, I would have to pay the higher price.
The store is definitely not very customer friendly. Everyone seemed uninterested and acted like they definitely didn't want to be working today.
Ended up going to another restaurant where we had a good, enjoyable lunch.
Food cold, said fryers are down so we didn’t even get the full amount of fries plus they tasted like they sat out all day. Also tried to pass off our food to us knowing that stuff was missing because the fryers are down. Took forever to even get our order and the place was empty. Get it together. Will be disputing this transaction since they couldn’t refund us for the missing items. These people suck!! Get it together or find another job!
I've gone here 3 different times. Waited over 30 minutes in line each time, and my order has been incorrect each time. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is Jerry. He was working the drive through window, and had GREAT customer service. He was polite, helpful, and friendly. That man needs a raise. The other 2 working seemed incompetent, and working very slow.
I’ve never gone to a fast food restaurant and not been able to eat the food because it tasted too gross to eat before tonight. It tasted like chemicals. I am 7 months pregnant. Service was great, though
I can only hope this review moves someone at Taco Bell to take action. I ordered 4 Crunchy Taco Supremes, the photo is what I received. It's to the point now, where I feel that the next time I want drive-thru I will just roll my window down as I drive by this Taco Bell and throw 20.00 dollars out the window. If this is what is to be expected then please post this on your menu when customers order, that way we all know what to expect. Thanks!
I understand that they close a certain time but having to order online before I come to the establishment I'd absurd. I don't frequent at this location but we do like the food. It's just inconvenient to have to be told to do an order online first just because. It's a tourist town. They should accommodate fie locals and tourist alike. Also, be open till 12am like the other locations. Some of is work late and just wNt taco bell for dinner. Let us order like normal and pay at the window. If anything card only and not cash. Thank you.
Had to wait at the drive thru quite a while before my order was taken. Person working the drive thru had difficulty understanding the order - Cantina Chicken Burrito Meal. Got to window to get food and they tried to give me the wrong order, twice. They finally asked me to go park and they would bring it out. Another car was parked beside me and having the same issues. They brought my food, I asked him if there was a Burrito in the bag and he assured me it was correct. I get home and find 2 tacos and chips and cheese...no Burrito. The team working today were very disorganized and my experience was very disappointing.
