Soggy tacos. Almost forgot a bag of nachos if I didn't check. Beans were dry. Missing ingredients.
Update: 3 to 1 stars. Tried ordering here again thinking it was a one time thing. Nope. Missing ingredients again. Quesadilla was half empty. Combo box came with no box?? Chips were everywhere in the bag like they just tossed them in there.
I went to this Taco bell because I was hungry and needed something I could grab quickly while on the way to pick up my son. I get there order, get my food and leave. I get to my destination and open my food and my quesadilla is burned so badly I could even eat it!! Terrible!!!
This is the friendliest Taco Bell in New Jersey. Employees are so nice, quick, and give excellent service. They went beyond the norm to serve us. I'm truly in awe. U guys rock! From now on, that is the Taco Bell I will always visit. U guys rock!!
1st time there. Used the mobile app & drive through. The app is easy to use. Only gripe is it won't properly keep card info for further use. You gotta plug all your card info every time you use the app. Drive through was a quick an easy experience. Order was correct. Food was solid.
I was actually more than highly upset. I asked for no tomato on nothing more than once and when I get home I found multiple tomato chunks in my nachos. Which in the food world allergies need to be consider because that’s how law suits get filed. Next I asked for extra meat no beans and was given beans instead ! I found a hair in my food ! I asked for a chicken quesadilla extra chicken and it looked like a cheese quesadilla. Take the drive to the next one and save yourself the disappointment unless you get something simple like a taco. Denied refund ????
I was so happy how clean the entire place was inside and out. Landscaping outside was great. Customer service was great. Taco Bell needs a separate commercial for Cinnabon Coffee and other Cinnabon Treats. It's epic how Taco Bell sells Cinnabon Coffee now. Totally underrated. That's normally only sold in Malls! The prices for it here are so affordable and it's delicious! If you're from out of town and you're passing through the area, don't buy sad food out of town, or continue traveling to food you aren't sure of, come here instead! Eat something great! I drank my coffee and didn't take a picture to show it.
More than half of our order was wrong. The food all tasted bad and the staff weren't friendly or helpful. Even the manager was unapologetic and unfriendly. Spent over $120 and it was definitely not worth it because the food all went to waste.
I'm going to try not being a "Karen" and just explain my experience here. I went through the drive thru on 2/9/24 at 11:00PM to pick up a mobile order. I get to the window and man at the window was blatantly rude. I asked him for sauce and he pointed at my order. So I took the bag from him and drove up. I opened the bag and noticed I didn't have a straw, utensils, sauce. I went back in the drive thru and this time a car was in front of me. Once that car pulled off, he gestured to me to wait and not pull up to the window... I sat their for 5-10 minutes before he waved me to pull forward. I was still giving him grace and followed his instruction instead of pulling up to the window and going off anyway. When I got to the window, his attitude was worse. When I politely asked for the missing items, he stared at me as if I asked him to pay for my meal. This really rubbed me the wrong way because I am always empathetic towards fast food workers (and often tip them), but this guy shouldn't be working in customer service at all. He handed me 3 sauces for an order of 10 items. I gave up and drove away. This was supposed to be a mobile order. Quick and easy. I hope the manager sees this and can speak with his staff.
