I'm sorry, from the deepest sincerity that I can possibly give, I am truly sorry. I understand that we got what we asked for, I apologize for the misunderstanding on my end. I had a bad attitude from the very beginning and their is absolutely no excuse for my behavior. I appreciate the workers assisting me to help better understand my receipt. Was it necessary for me to jump out the car and and get right into the drive-thru window, because I thought they overcharged? Absolutely NOT. I truly appreciate the services provided by the staff every night that we go through. I have never had a problem with any of my orders. I have been statisified with every meal I get from this Seminole location. Thank y'all so much! I enjoyed my meal tonight. Keep up the good work! The way y'all handled my ugliness is truly admirable!
P.S. I was that crazy guy in the green jacket and again please forgive me for my outrageous attitude/behavior. I ordered the #12 (it was delicious)
Just got my food, I want to know who was working the grill because this is just horrible, tried to call and everytime they didn’t answer. Why is my wrapper almost soaked through on one side from the grease they didn’t drain, much less the fact my CRUNCHY taco is so soggy it’s soft. 0/10 DO NOT EAT HERE
Where to begin? First of all the fact that whoever looks at these reviews only responds to positive reviews is ridiculous and fake looking. It is lunch time and place is busy. I go to order my food and hear nothing but complaining from the customers around me about having to navigate these order menus. The lady behind the counter is doing her best to come around and help these older people place their orders but you can tell the has a slight attitude when they dont understand what to do next. Who in the world ever had the thought that the customers need to do most of the work when they eat fast food? I did get my food pretty quick but the shells are very stale. I could say something but everyone knows you don't complain about your food to fast food workers. Do better tacobell! I know not all of them are this way but this has to be bad for business.
Idk where to even begin. Overall horrible and messed up every item we ordered didn't go to tacobell with high expectations but was still somehow let down. To top it all off it was way overpriced ordered the combo thats just 3 tacos no drink and the 3 tacos alone was 10.49...for 30$ for 2 people we will just go to a real restaurant next time. The baja blast was good though
Where shall I begin? We waited in line for over 20 minutes for food that was cold. The Doritos taco was stale, the chalupa was hard, the nacho cheese sauce was half full, and the burrito and chalupa had sour cream even though we specifically asked for no sour cream. The soft tacos barely had meat in them. Also the drinks were flat and had a weird taste. I know it’s late and usually busy but the food should at least be fresh, warm, and most importantly correct. With all that being said we have gone multiple times during the day and had no issues. Their only saving grace (2 stars) was the person at window was very friendly but other than that their night shift sucks.
What can I say? It's Taco Bell. I didn't go there for their high quality cuisines and quality craftsmanship of food items. Quick, tasty, junk food. Haha one must, however, pay homage to the coveted, delicious, Baha Blast and its humble beginnings.

No cashier, have to place your order on their touch screen. Then they still had to ask me if I got a drink & what size.
Bathrooms could use a cleaning, not bad bit a good scrub.
