We ordered 3 things with one item having no tomatoes. Not only were all 3 things wrong the person working the window was extremely rude when I informed him we were missing a large nacho fry. He responded “I’m in the window I know” and proceeded to give me a small nacho fry. The service here is consistently terrible. This is not the first time something like this has happened at this location. Will not be visiting again. Y’all need a corporate visit desperately.
I came throught the drive thru today and received amazing service from a cashier named Stephanie on my receipt. She had a amazing attitude from the time I pulled to the speaker to the interaction at the window. She was friendly out going and just a pleasure. She offered me a happy hour drink price and Im just so glad to receive the best service I've had at this establishment. I hope to see her more often or others with her pleasant attitude it's definitely a change from the service I've had in the past.Please share this with her so she knows she made my day.
Service was cold and my order was wrong. Ordered spicy potato tacos and got cheesy roll ups. Seems to me that Taco Bell need to stop paying minimum so workers will actually do their part. Based on other reviews this location is horrible and I highly recommend you just try a different one or check out a subway, chipotle or the canes #2, or even sonic, as the service is far better at those places and you’ll get what you ordered.
Taco Bell y'all have the audacity to charge me $40 for this.... You don't need to get a better training program or something because this is unacceptable
This is by far the worst Taco Bell, I have ever eaten at. The staff is incredibly rude, will insult their customers to their face. Tonight we ordered four bean burritos with bean and cheese only. They proceeded to hand us four rolled up pieces of bread with cheese and hot sauce on it. Then don't even ask them to fix their mistake. They will act like you, the paying customer, are unconvincing them. I know these are hard times but it does not take much skill to assemble a taco or a burrito, or so I thought. These people have shown me otherwise.
If I’m paying 11$ for TWO TACOS I should get more than these bird portions of chicken
The big guy rainbow guy that work.nights so rude! He come.on the intercom coughing to make you not want to order!! Then when you pull up it's a old elderly lady at the window!! Mind you this is at night like 11pm to 12am time frame!!! They are so rude when. I see they are at the window I go to one on college drive by Walmart in baton rouge!!! The food be hot and the are nice and friendly!!!!!! I be scared to order from the one at Burbank because the play on the intercom!!! Mrs Kim need to rearrange night shift!
Pulled Up at 2:41 AM I Was Told They Were Closed When They Clearly Close At 3AM , Manager On Duty Was Very Nonchalant And Didn’t Really Care About Answering Me At The Window and Tried His Damnest To Try and Act Like He Didn’t See Me At The Window. Just Sad , Garbage
