One of the best , super convenient location on the highway. Staff is super friendly. Quality of food is superior as compared to other Taco Bell on the same route. Quick service. And if you are dining in, the place is upper clean, convenient kiosk ordering experience.
This is one of the best taco bell drive thru I have encountered in the entire country on my travels. Realible and usually quick. I always customize they never mess it up. Ever. Other taco bells aren't even in the shadow of the level this T Bell is usually on. Best staff around too. Thank you taco bell for being londons MVP
The taco bell in london Kentucky is always clean and they always make the food fresh to order everytime ive been there to order food I usually get a 5 layer burrito and a grilled steak burrito they could be more efficient by giving your drink cup while u wait lol but hands downs great place to eat
Food was great, after you got it , waited almost 15 min on 3 reg tacos , seemed to be plenty of help but they were slow as molasses and confused , front line was kind sullen and bossy , with some management meeting to get staff on track this could be a go to stop but don't unless you have 30min or more to get food
All was good there but im not real fond of the new ordering machine they tell u to use. Its nice to have as an option but I preferred the face to face interaction as a main option versus beinv told I have to use the keyosk to order and im sure that any older ppl who may have eye trouble or someone who may not be so technically savvy would agree! Other then that it was clean it was fast and food was good as usual !
I have been eating Taco Bell since I was 17 (long time ago). Now it's bad enough they took away the best items on the menu but then corporate greed took over. My son and I used to be able to eat here for $12.00-$15.00, now it is $21.00-29.00. DID YOU KNOW that you can go to Cracker Barrel and get a good, more nutritious meal for cheaper? SHAME ON YOU TACO BELL! No longer a fan. Wish Del Taco would come to London and show um whose boss, same great food, prices still about the same!
Food wasn't correct. Food was tasteless and the quesadilla only had 1/2 of shell with ingredients. No one would acknowledge us at counter to correct. Employee yelled at my wife in the restroom because she thought she was in wrong bathroom
Ordered 2 crunch wraps and the employees were arguing with one another. Forgot my meat on the crunch wraps. I had Veggie crunch wraps I had to pay for and eat. Absolutely shameful.
