I was excited to try the new menu... what a fail.. I feel cheated. Pretty sure this is not what the cantina crispy chicken taco is supposed to be like. Ordered the meal and now I'm still hungry after spending 10 bucks at this Taco Bell.
100% sure they completely smashed my tacos on purpose as they mess my orders up all the time. Place is a joke anymore! Changed my rating I go here alot I paid extra for 2 large nacho Fry's and this is what I got. Why say you have a large if you ain't going to give anymore Fry's? Like come on give me my money's worth!!!
Very fast service from the front and the back of the kitchen. Very polite people working there when I stopped. I got the new dipping taco and 2 soft taco supreme plus cinnamon twist.
I have came multiple times and order was wrong almost every time. This morning I went there for breakfast they open at 8am I wasn’t able to order anything until 8:20 am because they had nothing ready. After MULTIPLE issues with order. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. I’m going to start taking pictures every time my order is wrong with my receipt. It’s the closest Taco Bell to my house so I have no choice but to go here. My order was suppose to have bacon AND sausage I payed for it, and there was no sausage on my burrito
How generous of you to give me some meat, cheese, and lettuce for my wrap.... All of these tacos needed the sauce to have flavor since they all 1/5 topping 4/5 tortilla. No way you cant afford to put in more with your skeleton crew tactics. Course it's obvious my food is ending up like this because the workers are miserable to the point of not caring. The dude at the window was great but man that was not enough to add another star when all I heard inside is audible complaining and swearing.
Minimal meat, bread was stale, temperature was cold, and they didn’t give the option for the deals which overcharged $8. When I spoke to manager about the total he said he gave us all this extra food for the mistake to make up for the difference but even lied about what he gave us. Dude gave us an extra chalupa that been sittin for hours. This was a terrible experience for myself my kids and my mother, annd ALL the food was nasty. Ended up having to take food back and go somewhere else.
Ordered the hard ???? Supreme and nacho belle grande. Well, with that said..the Order came up to 9 dollars which is ridiculous! Moreover, the nacho belle grande has down graded in size. So with that said, I recommend that making these at home is best; you'll save more money. Look at the pic's..they downgraded..much smaller than before.
Always a good experience. Friendly staff. Food is almost always correct even with modifications. Exceptionally fast service.
