During my last visit. The manager was kind, gracious, and accommodating for all of my needs as both a customer and a delivery vendor. The entirety of workers, through excellent supervision, have streamlined their ability to provide innovate food service and customer care above and beyond any regular store I know of. I could not be more satisfied! Keep up the great work!
I called the restaurant to make sure they were open. They said they were till 6pm so I placed my order online right after the phone call. Got to the restaurant and waited at the drive through. A worker came up to me and said they ran out of product and won’t make my order. I asked why they didn’t tell me this when I called 20 min prior. They said they had a rush and ran out of product. Please give me my refund.
They said they can’t give me my refund and I have to do it through the app.
Usually pretty quick but I don't know if they have ever gotten an order correct for the 15 times I've been there or order doordash from there. The receipt is usually correct but the food isn't. Also the food seems to never be hot.
Taco bell is my favorite fast food joint in Oak Harbor. The people that work there are friendly and it's so nice to go to a place that doesn't guilt you or hit you up for a tip just for doing their job. It's also one of the few places that have Pepsi which I love.
The one peeve I have with this place is that they are quick to close their lobby to the public or even the restaurant itself. They close it way before the posted times citing low staffing issues. I would use the drive thru but there's always a long line or they frequently mess up my order on the rare times I do. One time they messed up my order and I came back the next day and told the manager and she hooked me and my son up. Thanks Tory.
Despite all that, I really enjoy going there whenever I can.
Basically had it with this location, I hardly ever go anymore due the fact that without fail they always mess up my order this time they completely forgot my crunch wrap. Usually it's putting dairy on my order when I tell them not to and even mention that I have an allergy to animal proteins. This place needs better workers. I have no clue what has happened to this place, I remember when they got my order corrected every time, to say this place has gone down hill is an understatment.
Tasty food, wide selection, reasonable prices, efficient staff.
Disappointing every time. Consistently ask for no sour cream or tomatoes, confirm it on the screen, and guess what? THEY PUT BOTH IN ANYWAY. I don't get why that's so hard to understand; I don't want sour cream so don't put any sour cream in there! I ordered two cravings boxes today and said no sour cream on any of it. Guy confirms it and even displays it on screen so I'm in the clear right? Nope, sour cream on everything. Taco and burrito are chock full of it. Chalupa didn't have any because it doesn't come with sour cream in the first place. I'll try to attach photos below since this is fairly recent. Anyway, why does this consistently happen? Probably because either one: your order at the drive thru blares over a speaker and the workers get to work on it immediately regardless of any alterations you want; or two: any alterations aside from the standard recipe causes the workers' brains to blue-screen and reboot in "make standard recipe" mode. Either way, incrediblely frustrating when people can't follow simple instructions. My suggestion when ordering; be very very very clear and direct with what you want or you'll just be ignored. Won't be back for a while.
Love taco bell, like anyone else who eats it. Double check your order thoroughly before leaving establishment...do it!
Depending on staff, food can be skimpy, or hooked up.
Just always check.
I most times have to go back and have them give something I didn't get or remake something that's wrong.
