Been coming to the store for 10 years and I love the food and I love the atmosphere and I love the location. But the food quality has gone downhill. Half the time I don’t get what I want in the drive-through and it’s one of the few fast food restaurants, you have to double check your order before you leave the property.
My last order was a supreme, and all I got was sour cream, and they thought that was good enough when I questioned the absence of the other ingredients. But they were nice enough to remake it, and give it to me an apologize which more than makes up for other restaurants who makes similar mistakes.
The guy before me was missing stuff and the guy before him was missing stuff and the person after me was missing items. It’s not a glamorous job and it doesn’t pay well but it’s a job and the worker should take pride, regardless of what they get paid or what they think of it.
Total ripoff. Got a giant 5-layer burrito and a bean burrito. They were both the same size. Only 4” long. Hardly nothing inside. Come on people! I paid $9 for this garbage?
Started going back to The Bell for one reason MEXICAN PIZZA! The Mexican Pizza is delicous & fresh! When they got rid of the fantastic MEXICAN PIZZA I Swore never to go back! But the millions and millions of MEXICAN PIZZA FANS Demanded it back and I am also back! Great Customer service when I went in and picked up my Mexican Pizza! Store was clean, Organized and every customer had been helped! Great job Taco Bell & keep up the great job!
The last two times I go through drive thru, they have forgotten the same item( Cinnamon twists).
They just throw everything in a bag and tell you it's all there. I even pulled in their parking lot to check because duh...
Missing the same item again. So I go inside and stand there for 10 minutes waiting for any of the employees to acknowledge me. Two made eye contact with me but walked away. I ended up leaving because the rest of my food and drinks had already been sitting.
Won't be going to this location again. They're overpriced but end up stealing your money by not giving you items you paid for.
Ok seriously. Just left this place ten minutes ago, and the tomatoes have clearly turned or something. Gross. So we're eating and.... There's part of someone's rubber gloves in the in the Nachos Bell Grande. What the hell???? Will never, ever return. Ugh.
Loved getting my food home just to find out the shells were stale and old. Taco Bell has gone down hill, but this is a new low. Guess they hit rock bottom and decided to just dig a little harder.
Food is always good. Their black bean grilled cheese burrito with added avocado ranch sauce is to die for!! So good!!
Normally taco bell is my go to with food allergies, I order on the app give them time to make it and come in. But even with that I had to come back and asked for a remake....twice and it still had cheese in it. I'm am glad I checked before otherwise I would have ended up in the hospital. I even explained how it could kill me and if they could please be extra careful. But they cared more about me bring back in the incorrect taco than helping me.
