I ordered an Uber eats order from here and they didn’t even put meat in my taco???? I had the shell, sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes very disappointed.
There is not stuffing inside and bean are pretty dry, probably 1 day old. Lady is very nice and courteous, looks she is only person working without any help(don't want to put her condition but she should have help ). It's a tourist place but minimum standards has yo be maintained . I understand taco bell do not care as it huge chain but I gave to write review.
The owners need to do better. They had only two people working the store. One was doing the kitchen and the other doing the drive through. The one doing the drive through had a glove on, but they had to handlle money and touch people food with the same glove. ???? I guess assisting the single cook to get the orders out on time. Health inspectors would shut this down. Unsanitary.
Don't order Uber eats from here. Multiple times now I've received 0 of the items I've ordered through the app. They have a 100% track record in messing up your order. Go to a different Taco Bell and save yourself the frustration.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla, grilled cheese burrito, and 2 chicken chalupas. I got 2 hard tacos, 1 soft taco, 1 chalupa and 1 grilled cheese burrito ALL WITH GROUND BEEF.
This place is a joke.
last two times I came there wasn't a clean table to sit, floors dirty, and ice machine has a sticker that says it hasn't been cleaned for 3 years. I love some taco bell but cleanliness is a big deal in food service.
Customer service is usually pretty good....however they seem to not understand customized orders. If I ask for something I expect to get it. Last two times they have screwed my order up. Had to toss my food. Food cost too much for workers to keep f-ing it up.
Ordered via DoorDash. They shorted us one drink, one chicken chalupa (was a 2 chalupa combo) and the chicken one we did get was beef. Everything wrong and missing items.
Place was empty and waited 5 min at the register for one employee to tell me i Have to order on the tablet. Then ( manager JJ) that s the name she gave me . Said the the regitrrs were broken with a not frendly smile on her face also eith this only attitude. Will not ever go there again . Rather not eat nothing. Service was bad realy bad.
