Best WLM Reviews
they never give me my sauces when i order them even when it’s a specific sauce for the food item i ordered. i don’t understand what is so hard about grabbing a sauce packet and putting it in a bag? the employees are grabbing their phones so much you’d figure they would know how to grab packets and put then put them in a bag
After a girl named aniessa Started working there it's the best taco bell in Utah. No complaints only compliments. She's cute too.
May 24th-I don't understand why it is so hard for people to understand how to package items in a bag. Why you would stack 8 bean burritos on top of a Mexican pizza is beyond me. (First photo) Either they don't care or they don't have enough foresight to think about how the weight of a bunch of burritos might crush the thin little box holding a Mexican pizza. Also, chips for nachos were stale and old, tacos and cheesy gordita crunch barely had any meat in them, sauce and cheese were also very light.
July 25th- they did it again, same situation, one bag with 18 items in it, 8 bean burritos and 8 tacos stacked on top of my quesdailla and Mexican pizza on the bottom (second photo). When the owner or manager of a business doesn't respond to review its one thing but to not read them and take some information to adjust their procedures is another. Other than letting the rest of the people in the world know how bad they are the reviews obviously don't do anything to correct the issue. Are paper bags hard to come by? Because God forbid you use more than one bag for EIGHTEEN items!!!!
If I could give it a Zero I would food was absolutely terrible , I asked for my tacos a certain way and got them done complete opposite because it’s something they already had, service was pretty good lady was super nice but food was terrible it also looked a little dirty back there I just got home took a bite of my food and just threw it away I’m usually not one to complain but this time was actually disgusting the food, the kitchen , everything just terrible again lady was super nice just wouldn’t eat there again
This place should be opened, but nobody is answering phone and the entrance doors are locked. I just saw the car infront of me in the drive thru, waiting to order and he has sat for a good 20-30mins and just left. What is up with this place, its beyond ridiculous and there was some one working inside but did nothing.
Ordered on the app and my substitute sauce was ignored, and my crunch wrap had almost no meat. What little there was, was squished out to the edges, not good. This isn't the first time that they've messed up the order.
I used to like this restaurant. But as I used to be worked food safety auditor, I can see so many food safety violation activities in there.
This is the one I pulled out from bag. (See pictures)
This meaning on food safety, the preparation area isn't clean or packaging wrappers are not stored properly.
It's taco bell... if you've never been... it's fast food Mexican. The chalupas are awesome, but I'm simple ill try whatever box deal they have going on. This location has always been quick and the staff pleasant
