I concur with others who just said "we need to stop going to that Taco Bell." The Mexican Pizza shells tasted like really old fryer oil and someone thought it was a good idea to give crumbs instead of nacho chips.
This location literally can’t get a single order right. My food is always burnt and hard to chew. The menus is 90 mush so it shouldn’t be a struggle to actually bite into. Eggs and cheese shouldn’t a challenge to bite into. So honestly maybe they deserve a Nobel prize for creating a new element from their crunchy eggs. Secondly. How, just how have you managed to absolutely burn food to hard crisp and it still be cold. This location genuinely deserves to be closed down with how abysmal the quality is. And that’s saying something because nobody is looking for high quality dining from Taco Bell.
They have absolutely no business keeping the store open if they don’t have enough employees. Customers and third-party delivery drivers have to wait excessive amounts of time when they’re understaffed and It’s not fair.. It’s best to just close the store and allow customers to go to another location, or do like several other Taco Bell‘s are doing and allow third-party delivery drivers to enter the store rather than wait in the drive-through. that being said everyone here has been professional and courteous with me so far.
….and btw CORPORATE: pay your employees a fair wage and you will get the employees you need, they will show up, do better work and everyone will be happy. WILL YOU?
I placed an order for a fish and chicken platter at this restaurant. It took between 10-15 minutes for me to finally receive my order...only for me to discover, after I drove off, that there was absolutely no chicken to be found. Very frustrating! If Im going to pay 13.99 for a fast food order, I would hope that it would dat least be accurate.
Food tasted good, just was prepared really messy. The quesadilla was not cut and sauce had leaked into the bag because it was folded in half and place opening side down. Staff seemed nice.
This location is priced higher than other nearby locations. The service is very friendly and never got my order wrong yet!
Just waited 30 minutes for food while the workers stood around. I just wanted a quick meal. Never going back to this location again. Do not recommend going to this place
Food and service has always been good, albeit slow sometimes. Two stars because the soft drinks taste like trash all the time.
