Came inside to order my dinner. 09/18/2023 5:15pm
Had to wait for the girl up front to get off her phone and quit cussing before I could get any assistance.
Ordered a number 5 and a cinnamon twist.
Got to a table and it was filthy.
Opened my chips to find some kind of juicy liquid and a very thin line of runny sour cream down the middle. Little to no meat to speak of!
I did not complain because I didn’t want my food messed with or trust the staff.
After eating my chips I began to eat my cinnamon twist ???? no cinnamon or sugar at all, just plain fried piece of whatever this is.
So I decided to write this review and as Im sitting here in the restaurant, there is loud yelling and loud rap music coming from the kitchen, sounds like two employees fighting and cussing.
I will not be back, sad dysfunctional excuse for staff, food, and atmosphere.
Age and maturity is no excuse! I blame parents, Taco Bell leadership, management, and ownership.
Hard to believe how bad it was honestly, nothing right as far as I’m concerned. Terrible experience from beginning to end.
Makes you think about how well they follow food sanitation laws…that place is a mess ????????
Drove in with a big RV, got turned around and parked. Walked to the door (sign says open until midnight). Doors locked, no signs saying the lobby is closed. Worker inside just stared at us. I tried calling because we can’t fit through the drive through. They ignored the call.
It use to be the best thing on Toronto Rd. . Now it’s our families last choice. I’m willing to drive too another Taco Bell over coming to this one. The service and quality of food have diminished. Last visit had to wait 30 mins for an online order. Must have been short staffed again. The waiting really wasn’t the issue tho. Just miss the good ol days were it seemed like this location cared.
Food was good service was good attention to detail was good the young guys need some maturing to do a little loud and silly a bit disrespectful with there behavior but I won’t hold it against them I would definitely come back
I ordered the deluxe cravings box. Was then handed a bag tha only contained 2 of the 4 items. So I then asked about it and they said they didn't have that all at that store even though I ordered it from their signage in the drive thru. So then asked the drive thru operator to ask the manager to correct it. She gave me the chalupa but not the cinnamon twist. Which I wasn't too worried about since I don't eat them anyway. I've been sick with food poisoning ever since. Like it is so horrible
I don't know if it was intentional or not but I do know the chalupa was extra oily and juicy.
This place is pretty much a last choice and don't let the under new management sign fool you. It's just as bad.
It's a 20 minute drive though everytime you go. They take the car at the speakers order and the next car has to wait for that car to get their food and pull away before they can ever order. I can count the number of times I have had to repeat my order because they say they are ready then stop you and say hold on, you then wait again and then they ask again.
Always friendly service good food fast.
Who closes at 6:00 on a Sunday and stays open till midnight on Wednesday??? That sounds like a really bad business decision. Maybe you just can't get people to work that late on a Sunday but they will on a Wednesday??? I get it. You're closed. Turn off your lights then!! That's just wrong.
This place is very hit and miss. Some of the newer managers I have seen tend to be better than the ones that have been there
But if there is a car in the drive-through, your problem should just keep going. Their normal cadence is taken the order at the speaker, have the. Pull forward and don't take the next order at the speaker until they have finished making the order that was just placed.
Going inside is worse. They largely ignore you for an extended period of time, and when you do order its almost an attitude of how dare you come inside and not the drive-through. I have been told multiple times that the dining room is closed, and I need to go to the drive through, when the hours on the window clearly state that it's open.
