You need to properly cook and heat the food before you serve it. Even when you are busy. No one wants semi cold, wet burritos. Absolutely disgusting. Burritos had cold spots and the rest was barely warm. I heated it in the microwave which barely helped as it wasn’t cooked properly. Bit into it and sour cream was literally rancid. Nasty. Threw in garbage. Tried to call and it says “user busy.” Don’t go to this location.
Ordered through the app. Got my food, took a bite while it was still in the wrapper, and found it was clearly something that was ordered a very long time before my order, sat in the warmer to burn and get super soggy then sent to me.
Ordered tacobell on Friday, the new tostada and also an enchurrito burrito and about 4-5 hours later I ended up with food poisoning. It was so bad with my stomach pain that I ended up being taken to the hospital by ambulance. I called to report this to TacoBell but was told they can remake my food. Are you serious?!
The staff was great, friendly and trying to do their best! Not enough employees, food was not hot or crispy. I spent over $25.00, should have gone to chili's..????
This Taco Bell has gone downhill really bad. Very young employees hugging and dancing with each other. Bad Covid-19 practices. Food what food? 2 tacos and 1 chalupa with less than 1/2 teaspoon of meat each and enough lettuce for a dinner salad. Won’t be back. I dare owner to respond ????
Ordered a chalupa and one of the workers thought it would be funny to not put a single thing in the tortilla. Like seriously? You learn this in 1st grade check your work!!
We use the app to order our food when which made it pretty easy.
I had the nachos with beef and added steak. It wasn't bad at all
Never add anything extra like rice or cheese to your order because you'll pay extra and it won't be there. They absolutely don't care how they put your food together they just throw on whatever their hands touch first. However, don't expect them to put everything that's even supposed to be on your order either. They just don't flucking care! And corporate doesn't give a fluck either!
