I ordered a burrito Supreme. The tortilla tasted flat and greasy. It was also cold. I also ordered a taco bell grande, which turned out to be good.
One of the worst Taco Bell. You guys need to train your staff how to make proper food. I ordered cheese quesadilla and it’s cheese in tortilla ????. With Nacho fries little to no cheese. And Mexican pizza that’s worst. I ordered with beans.
I purchased at 10/29 around 10:35pm.
Hopefully someone takes notice.
Went with some of my buddies, got in at 5:55 and it is now 6:45 and the people working gave my buddies food away through the drive thru, and that was 20 minutes ago. And he has had to remind them of his order twice since then.
The staff was extremely kind and patient. There were two school buses of student at the same time as my visit and everyone got their food quickly and correctly.
Ordered in the drive thru went to open my taco it was just lettuce. I went inside and requested a new taco. 6 cars in the drivethru got their food, and a walk in customer came in 8 minutes after I went in to get a new taco even got their food before I ever got a simple taco. When I said something about my wait the lady was rude and said we make the food as it shows up on the screen.. 5 orders were added after I requested a taco.. I will never go to the Shawnee taco bell again I always have nothing but bad service there.
I hate to give my absolutely favorite place a 3 star, but it’s not about Taco Bell as much as this particular Taco Bell. I got 6 bean burritos and 3 sides of nacho cheese yesterday and the burritos were actually amazing this time though not the few times before this when the beans were still hard????. This time I was really annoyed that they maybe put a half tablespoon of nacho cheese in the containers that they charge $ .70 for????????, and just for an extra FUn they gave me mild sauce when I asked for hot and fire and only 4 packets for 6 burritos. It’s not life ending but still annoying. The staff was nice and friendly. Still love Taco Bell!!
Friendly service. Ordered 3 chips and cheese with our family size order of over 50 dollars. The cheese containers were less than half full. Very disappointed.
My food looked like they threw it out the window and the cook said that's as good as its going to get and they were right
