Something got to give, waited 30 minutes for 4 soft tacos and 4 steak soft tacos! Place is notorious for making you pull out of drive thru to parking lot next door. I asked employee why they constantly make people leave window and park next door and was advised that they are timed at drive thru window and if they can’t keep pushing cars out, they get in trouble!!!! It’s every time I come through. Will not be back…… horrible ownership and management. Food was cold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste money here!!!!!!!!!!!
The woman working the window is very stingy with hot sauce. It was a struggle just to get some. I like 3 packets of hot sauce for my burritos. She would only give me one until I told her straight up that it wasn't enough. She reluctantly give me a few more. Just ridiculous..not a big deal. Just stupidity at its finest.
Food was cold & stale. Found two pieces of tomato in my quesadilla, which they aren’t supposed to have, glad I’m not deathly allergic to those. Tortillas for quesadilla were stale, so were all the other burritos & tacos. The fries were cold & stale. Ordered two fries, got one large one…
Ordered 1 $5 box about 2pm on the way to work... its now 2:42 and they're pulling the cars that came in behind me into the parking lot beside the restaurant.

recently got nachos and the ENTIRE bag was full of CRUMBS…. unacceptable. going to take me 5 years to eat each individual crumb. day ruined.
I didn’t get all the food I ordered, the food I did get was cold. I ordered no ice in my drink but it had ice anyway. No receipt, no napkins, no sauce. My chalupa tasted like dirty oil..
Every time I go there they always get my order wrong. It’s not hard to just put meat and cheese on everything I ordered. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before and I know what it’s like. This is the 3 time they put sour cream on my order when I specifically state just meat and cheese.
This was by far the worst service I had ever received. Only 3 customers in the restaurant, counting myself & barely nobody in the drive-thru, we all had to wait over 20 min. for our food. Finally, when I did receive my order, i told them it was wrong, it was not what I ordered, the female manager became very rude, wanted to argue w/ me that it was what I ordered. No I placed my order for 12 regular taco party pack, what I got was 12 Doritos Taco Party Pck, like I don't know what I ordered. Crazy. Then the Manger wants to holler across the back, ask her what she wants on them b/c God forbid we mess it up. Like, what?!? I placed my order, you should of got it right the 1st time & not had me waiting over 20 min. Isn't it your job to know what goes on what taco. Extremely rude workers, Manager is extremely rude and the service absolutely sucks. Very disappointing.
