I was craving tacos since a co-worker this morning mentioned “Taco Tuesday”. So after work, I went through the drive in @ this Orange City, Fl location. I want to start by saying that the lady @ the window was very sweet & pleasant! Kudos to her! However, all 3 tacos I ordered were disgusting! I almost vomited! First, I could not even pick the tacos up from the packaging. They, all three literally fell apart in my hands into many pieces! The bottom of the tacos were so wet & soggy! My only guess is that they had been sitting for some time & were cold! Wet soggy taco shells grossed me out causing me to almost vomit!!! You can even see from the pictures how dark the bottom part of the shells are from the meat sitting in them creating the soggy shells! So much for my all day craving as this store ruined it for me!! I don’t think I will ever go back again. I am only giving 2 stars because the employee was very sweet & friendly! Otherwise this would be a 1 star rating!
Taco bell of all places has gone down hill. When you order supreme through the drive thru and get meat cheese and flakes of lettuce. I paid for the extra sour cream and tomato... Got the sour cream on half the taco and no tomato on any of the tacos? I just wish the menu items were made correctly vs how someone feels or the company trying to save money on ingredients. I mean thanks for being open I guess. I should have not been lazy and just made my own food. but every so often we want that tasty trash. Im not coming here anymore. Ill just make my own tacos from here on out.
I ordered A burrito supreme minus beans, Joe halfway home to find out it was filled with beans came back to order another one I got the biggest attitude and the looks from the people on the line and they gave me The Worst looking burrito supreme As you can see, they put this hour cream at 1 end. Not tool on it, let us on the other. End very little, there's only like, 5 tiny little tomatoes. On there mind you, they went up to $5. It is so small, there's more bread than there is. Anything else very disappointed for Taco Bell? They rate a whopping one out of a 5..
I am a DoorDasher. I came to this Taco Bell tonight to pick up an order for a customer. We are to confirm once we have received the order. Upon arrival at the speaker the woman proceeded to tell me they will complete the order when they can, wait what?? I pull up to the window. She then makes me confirm the order. I expressed that I didn’t feel comfortable doing that as I’ve not received the order. She assures me no worries the order is coming out now. This is at 1:03 AM. She hands me the drinks and I wait another 7 minutes for the food. This makes it look like I’m not delivering the order that I’m sitting at the restaurant. It counts against us!! When she came back to the window with the food I explained that this will not happen again. As I was going to explain why she goes have a good night and shut the window in my face. Incredibly rude and unacceptable.
This is my 3rd time getting food from this location and all 3 times they've done awesome on not only turn around time but the food quality. It's fast food, you're not expecting pretty but what makes the quality good to me is the amount of meat to lettuce. Their burritos/tacos/specialty items are always packed! Can't guarantee every day/night will be the same but from my few times going it's been consistent!
Order online completely screwed up , missing 4 items, food cold, and when called the store the employee answered with hello as if it is his personal cell. Manager on duty needs managerial skills. Learn to run a team. Store wasnt even busy. So please dont start off with that excuse please.
I've never had issues with this taco bell location but the lady taking the orders Tracy was absolutely the most rude and disrespectful person I've ever encountered, not only did she yell at me when asking for extra sauce but she threw my food at me. I will never return to this location! Also the mexican pizza I ordered came out of the box from how hard she threw the bag at me!
This Taco Bell has been here forever. I've found it to be solid. They could go a little better job keeping the lobby sauce and drink station clean. The bathrooms were clean. The food here is as expected: hot, tasty and they are pretty consistent with portioning. I eat here regularly and have rarely been disappointed. The crew does thier job but don't expect to be wowed with friendliness. The self order kiosks are easy to operate.
