Best WLM Reviews
This was by far the worst burrito I ever had. I bought 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and they were 75% STALE tortilla. I bit into one on my way home and it was so hard and had no filling at all. These are usually pretty full of beans but as you can see there’s way more rice. And something tastes so bad too, and they have a very off putting smell, it could be the stale tortilla. But I couldn’t help just throw it out. So I opened the other one and it’s just as bad. I tried to call but I can’t get through so I’m writing this review. It’s hard to trust this restaurant after other peoples horror stories, I’m just glad I didn’t bite into a napkin.
Went there 11pm. I didn't pull out for almost an hour and only ordered the Chicken cheesy burrito box...personally, I am not a fan of such so I enjoyed the cheesy fiesta potatoes.
Nobody in this place knows how to handle orders. They just give them out to whoever comes in. No type of confirmation on whether it’s the person actually there for the order. I lost $52.40 because some random person walked in, said “that’s mine,” and left with it. So my advice is go to a different Taco Bell. Middlesboro and corbin both have Taco Bell’s that I’ve had much better experiences at and they’re both 20ish minutes from this one. Worth the drive for the food to be correct
I gave 5 stars for atmosphere because the drive-thru personnel were great!
It's probably the best fast food burrito I've had in recent months. I wanted something quick and got a bean burrito with only cheese. It was hot, wrapped well, and was not greasy.
Not everyone likes bean burritos, so there is that. But it was filling and satisfying in the moment.
I usually eat here once a week always been happy with my food. Plus the $5 cravings boxes are fantastic so much food.
This is the first time, ever, in my life I have been made sad by a taco. I never thought this day would come.
Edit: update. This place is still terrible in August 2023. This fritos burrito had 1 whole frito and 1 broken up frito. Absolutely pathetic.
Went through the drive thru in a very good mood there were three of us joking around with the order taker nothing out of hand when the driver, whom the other 2 we're picking on jokingly obviously try to order a nerve pill through the drive thru it was then that everybody that worked there seem to have came from hell. Extremely disrespectful obviously couldn't take a joke got to the window through the food at us and then seemed to be very angry at the joke saying that they were all sober living at some kind of sober living house which we didn't need that part of their life it seems that the management needs to have soft skills training with the workers so that they can leave there sober or not sober at home life at home.
Workers will just stare at you when you walk in to order. I do t want to use your automated teller machine. They make you wait an eternity, hoping you will do their job.
