Went thru the drive thru which took over 30 minutes ...normal from what I've been told...then no fork for my pizza , and the soft chicken taco Supreme I bit into a big clump of sour cream and a lil lettuce, cold, didn't eat the 2nd one. The Mexican pizza was horrible. Thrown together beans amd meat cheese were all on 1 side when I opened it. Come on people take your time and dp it right , I don't even wait at a restraunt that long . I hope you all have better days...
It's a smaller venue in combination with KFC. I would have wanted to try several of the specialty box or family options since I hadn't ate at a taco bell in a really long time. Service wasn't stellar but I did get my food. It was my bad just was looking forward to options
We were in Centerville Iowa for a HS softball team game 5/31/22. After the game the kids decided they wanted Taco Bell/KFC. My daughter asked for two legs in a meal got two thighs, specifically asked for a large potato and gravy, didn’t receive the gravy, ordered the Mexican Pizza and it looks as it was thrown into the box and handed to me (picture below), hard shell tacos were all broken. We were traveling home and wanted to eat in the car - by the time we noticed all of this being incorrect we were on the road. Spent $45 for everything and it was a complete disappointment! Never again! One of my kids said it looked sketchy when we pulled in and I said let’s give it a chance- wrong decision.
9/10 the food is always nasty . If you are not there when they open chicken is disgusting and the Taco Bell side might as well be salad because good luck finding any meat
The service and personnel were on point and very fast and efficient
I went in originally for the Taco Bell but I found out they don't use the app at all so I can't order my usual, pretty big bummer there so I guess I won't be ordering any Taco Bell. I tried the KFC though and got a regular chicken sandwich box, it was pretty good. Honestly better than your average KFC, the lack of the app though really sucks.
Asked for no sour cream and it looks like they put extra on it
