Best WLM Reviews

Two days in a row now I ordered meatless options that were on the menu. Both times I bite into my food and they are full of beef. I double check my order and everything to make sure that I for sure ordered no meat. And I did in fact order no meat. The employees I guess don’t know how to read the screen that says no meat. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt yesterday because it was later when I ordered but two days in a row at different times with two entirely separate items is unbelievably frustrating. When im ordering food I would like to be able to actually eat it.
My wife saw they were not busy and decided to stop in, rather than go to McDonald's. That was a mistake there were to orders before us, we had no idea how long they were waiting, but we waited 30 minutes. During that time a lady I believe she was picking up an order for delivery. She came in and was mad the order was not ready. She was cursing up a storm and complaining wit no regard to any of the customers in the establishment. I know it is hard to find help but for some reason I feel 30 minutes to wait for fast food is a little bit too long.
Ordered as “Grab & Go” through the Taco Bell app at the Dix Ave Taco Bell. Received a notification that my food was ready for pickup. Within 5 minutes I went inside to pick up the food and it was never there. Waited 15 minutes to be attended to. Turns out someone else took my food. The manager stated that I needed to submit a complaint online to get my money back. She also told me I can’t get my food made without paying again. I’ve had an issue where I didn’t receive all my food and submitted a complaint online before in January. I still never got my money back from that issue and it has been 3 months already. Terrible service with terrible policy.
The Dix Avenue store is just as bad as the rest around here. All 3 Taco Bells are owned by Hospitality Syracuse. A company that obviously has no clue how to run a business, only pocket the profits. I had considered trying the Dix Ave store since it was relatively new, but every time I was going there, they were closed....or so I thought. It just looks closed because the sign and lights are never turned on at night. Anyway, pulled in anyway and discovered it was actually open. Went to the drive thru, one car ahead of me. Took at least ½ hour to get my order. Among the things I ordered was 4 Burrito Supremes. When I got home and we started eating the Burrito Supremes, we quickly discovered they only contained bean paste and a couple diced tomatoes. No meat, no cheese, no lettuce, no sour cream, no anything but bean paste and a couple diced tomatoes. I paid for Burrito Supremes, and didn't get them. I have no clue what these were supposed to be, but it certainly wasn't what I paid for. Hospitality Syracuse needs to train their staff, and perhaps tape a list of ingredients on the wall for various items, so maybe their untrained staff might come close to getting something right. I don't blame the staff, I blame the ownership. Hospitality Syracuse obviously has no interest in running efficient businesses, their only interests are pocketing people's money, no more. You always see their responses to all the negative reviews, yet nothing ever changes. EVER!
I would strongly urge everyone to avoid all three Taco Bells in this area. Maybe if their profits disappear, they would be forced to sell out to a responsible ownership group. Hospitality Syracuse isn't it.
P.S. - Hospitality Syracuse....I don't need another lame response. I'm sure the person hired to respond to the constant barrage of negative reviews already has more work than they can handle.
Really friendly staff and good food at times. But the real question is why aren't you guys open? Says the location for Dix Ave is open till 2. :00 a.m. Friday and Saturday if not true. Should really think about fixing that. Sat there for a few minutes. Nothing on the intercom and was there at 1:39 and two other cars behind me. Can't even run to Wendy's if I wanted to cuz they close at 2
Should have listened to the reviews. Took a half hour and there was only 1 car in front of me. I can’t imagine how long the people behind me had to wait. The vehicle in front of me didn’t have a large order. Not sure what takes them a half hour to make. This store needs better training for their staff or more staff. Such a good looking store but obviously doesn’t know how operate. Should close the store to focus on staffing and training before reopening
I had really high hopes for this location upon hearing about it, but they are severely untrained at the Dix Ave location. I’ve been through a few times, I’ll list my issues with the location. The service isn’t awful but the person who takes your order can’t hear, could be a system error or something like that but still a big inconvenience every time. The line is always at least 30 minutes, was about 45 the last time I went through. They always seem to put chicken on the cheese quesadilla, the people at the window were nice but not properly trained and didn’t know about the taco bell rewards and when I went through they wouldnt take my gift card and I had to pay in full, they offered no alternative. I get it’s busy there, but they offer terrible service and whoever bags the food seems to always mess up the order. Not necessarily blaming the workers but the management clearly makes no effort to improve the condition of the establishment. I hope they consider shutting down and training their staff so it can be a more smooth experience. I don’t write reviews but this place is actually pretty bad. There was also a piece of plastic in my power menu bowl.
Walk in. Not one of the 5 employees acknowledge you. Zero people in store. 1 car in the drive through. And get told it will be a 30 minute wait.....what!? I feel this is all taco bells though. All 3 in our area are a completely unorganized mess. Figured we would try the new one. Gave it a try twice with it in mind they just opened but it's just a little ridiculous to have to wait so long for a small order. It's supposed to be fast food. Oh and the app never works. Can't ever order ahead to avoid said wait.
