Worst store in the area, perhaps even the county. Every time I order they mess up my food exponentially.
Does this look like a double stacked taco with tomato and sour cream?
It doesn't because it's not, oh and yes the staff very caringly charged me for the additions I did not recieve on literally ANY of the 6 tacos I ordered. They should just close this location all together because their service is always a disaster.
They are always out most of their menu to hear them say it. Especially at nights, the amount of times I’ve went and heard them say “Oh we don’t have any eggs ready.” Or “We’re out of Taco Meat, Potatoes, etc.” I ordered breakfast and this is what I received. I tried to contact Taco Bell for a refund like the lady told me. It’s been 4 days and still no reply even after I sent them the pictures of what the “burrito” looked like. This is the worst Taco Bell location.
Food was great. The food we got. As always the order was wrong and missing several items that were on our receipt. Not worth going back.
Every time I order from this location it is the worse quality of food. The management needs to be fired. 2 quesadilla and had 3 pieces of chicken on each no cheese no sauce the burritos was wrong one was all rice the other wasn’t even rolled up just folded over like a taco.
They were the fastest drive-through window I've ever experienced and the order was right! The food was hot and great!
Portsmouth taco bell is by far the worst in the county maybe the state. We ordered 2 combo meals nothing crazy . Had to wait 30 min. Management...WOW you expect managers to be able to know and perform the job. But I seriously don't know how they manage to tie their shoes...smh. will never eat here again . p.s. the food was really good
Didn’t offer sauces, ask size on the drink, provide receipt, basically tossed the bag out the window. Soft taco is flat as a napkin with barely anything in it. Then there’s these. Seriously? What happened to quality?
Gives door dash people grief. Manager states he hates door dash service. So if your food is late or canceled then most likely the driver is having to jump thru hoops just to get your food.
