Not bad for a taco bell. Preorder when in there, pay at register and food was out in 2 mins. It's taco bell so order wisely. Place was clean, updated and I got what I was craving
Placing an order through the kiosk was streamlined and user-friendly. The wait time was minimal, and the establishment maintained a notable level of cleanliness. Opting for takeout, I found my order to be accurate and well-prepared. Commendations to the dedicated staff working diligently to provide an excellent service experience.
This was the most awful visit to a taco bell I had in the last few years. Ordering via drive thru at this location has been an issue in the past as well so I prefer doing dine in. But, this time I took a chance going through the drive thru this time and I was disappointed again. I had ordered 2 fiesta potatoes and 2 mexican pizzas. I had requested to have the beaf subbed with beans only. The pizzas I got had beans and beaf on both pizzas. The sauce was only placed in the middle and not spread, there were only a few tomatoes on it — also not spread, and the pizza itself was not steamed properly — it still had unmelted cheese on it. I live a few minutes away from this location so I decided to go back and get it remade. The new ones I got had beans only but that was the only thing that changed. The rest of the things were just the same — beans and sauce were not spread, not enough tomatoes, and not steamed properly.
While I was there the second time, I ordered a crunchy taco and fiesta potatoes. The taco shell on this order was cracked. Some of the potatoes for both the orders were crunchy and chewy, not as fresh as it should be.
Once I got back home the second time, I did not have to time to go back and get the food remade. I decided to eat the food I had and contact customer service. I am highly disappointed with my visit and would really like to hear back from someone either from the franchisee or from the customer service team.

We went to the drive thru, placed an order, it seemed very expensive, we were told to go around to the parking lot to wait for our order. A few minutes later a lady came out with a bag. She first took it to a different car then came to us, asked to see the receipt, started pulling items out of the bag, opening them to see if they had the right chicken. And didn't even close the items up good, just put them back. You shouldn't open stuff up in the parking lot and breathe all over it ????
So sad because we love Taco Bell but this place is horrible. They always mess up our order and the manager doesn’t care or do anything about it. The order staff is pushy and rude. Don’t ask any questions they get mad at you. Just saying for the price go to a decent place who has respect for their establishment and food.
On my recent visit I had an extremely long wait for my order. I don't know what happened but this is probably the longest I've ever waited to get food at a drive-thru. I didn't order a ton of stuff and I did a mobile order ahead of time. I've been waiting in the parking lot for my food for over 20 minutes and that is with ordering ahead..
Every time we place an order here, there's a problem today. They said the combo meals that we bought didn't come with sodas. This is starting to be BSI hope the store manager gets this and I hope they do something about it. Cause this is a problem at this location. I'd rather go to Franklin Mills than this location. Is there so many problems? I can't believe I order online for drive through and this is the service that we get, just go somewhere FYI
When they reopened they lost good employees, the manager that ran that place later at night was always making sure his customers were taken care of. The people working there now are TERRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE. THERE IS A TACO BELL NEAR COTMAN AVE THATS 10X BETTER, THEY MAY HAVE REMODDLED BUT THAT DOESNT MAKE THEM GOOD!!! I asked for a soft taco Supreme, 2 cheese rolls up and a cheesy Fiesta potato and it took them 15 mins after I went through the drive through to bring it out to me after saying I needed atleast 5 sauces and gave me 2. What a joke, doesn't deserve one star!! Oh by the way, THIS is a soft taco supreme!!Supreme!!! Wow!!!! Where is my refund?????? Do NOT GO THERE!!!! Added a photo of.my plain soft taco, oh wait... I mean SOFT TACO SUPREME!!! WHY BOTHER!! I used to order after working late every so often. That guy who managed this place before would even find this place a joke now!!! Please get new management, I'm going to call corporate in the AM about these trashy no good employees!!!
