This Taco Bell was nasty and I mean look at the pictures. I called there and a woman said she was a general manager and that just made it worse. She continued to tell me that I needed to bring my food back that night in order to get refunded and I was on my way to work. I proceeded to tell her about the nacho bell grande and how there was a scoop of beans on one side and she said maybe the bag tilted sideways ????. I can't make this up on how bad this meal was and how ignorant to the fact that the said general manager who also claimed to be working the drive through when I got my order denied that the service was this horrible. I recommend stopping at the Mexican food place before you go here.
It's been approximately 10 years since I have eaten at a local Taco Bell choke-n-puke.
You may ask, has it gotten better, the same, or worse.
Unfortunately the food is about as close to being unfit for consumption that you can get.
On a serious note, if I had a dog I wouldn't feed their substance to him, I would consider it cruel and unusual punishment.
It's always my desire to be able to give a retailer 5 stars, and talk them up, but unfortunately that's not always the case, and Taco Bell fits that very criteria.
The food was disgusting, the person taking my order seemed to have just crawled out of the ghetto, and the empty dining room was filthy.
The meat isn't meat, I discovered that it comes in a frozen bag broken up into little pellets, then hot water poured over it to make it appear as if it were the same ground beef you would buy in the supermarket.
When I visited their store today I ordered number two on their menu which is three Taco Supremes, and they were right it's supreme, supremely disgusting.
If you're thinking about dining at a fast food establishment, I would recommend driving by any Taco Bell that you may be near.

I would like some meat on my tacos, how is this even acceptable, if I only wanted a tortilla shell I would of went to the grocery store for shells.
The people who I had waiting on my order did a great job forgot the sauce but at least were quick and the order was right the inside could be a bit more clean and the food needs to be HOT not warm after it's supposed to be fresh there's handicap parking space close to building
I had given a 4star review 4 years ago, but today my wife ordered 4 cravings boxes, this makes it easier to pass out the food it’s all sorted already, well not this time we got a bag full, crunch wraps smooshed at the bottom. Food was average Taco Bell, I’m already on the toilet writing this review 5 mins after eating it.
stopped on the way home from the airport and i wish i never did. walked in and the counter person told us to use the self checkin/out to order our food bc she was to busy restocking the cups and lids. so we did. after the counter person was done with the restocking she completely ingored us and went and helped ppl in the drive thru.we was completely ignored and no-one seemed to care that we was there after ten mins of waiting for a order of Cinnabons and a drink i walked out. very poor customer service will never go there again.
Service was awesome! Food was delicious, My favorite was the nacho fries for sure lol, that grilled chicken $2 burrito is very spicy though lol.
Drive through takes forever and there's no way to get out of it once you're in it. Just spent 20 mins stuck in line and will be late for work. Need a way move people with bigger orders out of people's way.
