Y’all need to give this girl Chanya a raise. She gave us exceptional customer service! She was super suggestive when I asked for recommendations since what I normally order was discontinued. They are short staffed so she was apologetic but very attentive to serving us as well as she was helping the other team members in the kitchen. You guys need more employees like her! I will drive across town passing another Taco Bell just to come to this one because of her exceptional customer service!!
ordered my food, got back to the hotel and i paid for extra cheese and sour cream and there was hardly any of either on the nachos, not to mention ALL of the cheese was in the bottom of the bowl, i had to mix everything up in order to coat the nachos. Also there’s barely any sugar on the cinnamon bites. EXTREMELY disappointed, mind you i didn’t go with high expectations, but i atleast expected more than the bear minimum.
I placed my order through the drive-thru. When I pulled up to the window nobody is there. Then after 5 minutes the lady then asked if I had a mobile order. I told her no to which she replied no one took your order. Why would I pull up to the window to pick up food if I hadn't ordered. Not to mention her voice was identical to the person that took my order. She then asked me to get back in line to have my order retaken.
Attempted to place an order in the drive thru. Halfway through the person said so you don't want this... I said I was confused and didn't know what she had so far. She proceeds to get rude. So I said just cancel my order I'll go to the other taco bell.
I then called to talk about what just happened. The phone was answered with no identifying who it was or where I called. I confirmed it was taco bell and asked for a manager to be told thst was a manager named serenity. I expressed what happened to hopefully prevent it in the future with other customers. Was told she will take it into consideration and hung up on.
Went to this Taco Bell with friends on a whim, and the app had a bug so we went inside and ordered. Food was correct and the workers were friendly, even though they were swamped with the 4/20 crowd.
Also, there was a customer that flew into a whiny tantrum and was embarrassingly terrible to the employees until he finally stormed out. The reason I mention this is the employees handled it really well, especially the absolute chad that had to talk to him directly.
The employees here honestly deserve a raise or bonus or something after dealing with that drive-thru crowd and that psycho.
I came to this taco bell, I was expecting mediocre service considering its a fast food chain, but as i entered, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed with the energetic employees, ready to greet you with a smile. I had the pleasure of talking to keith, the manager, who was extremely pleasant and friendly to us and a group of friends. My experience was great and I would recommend anyone to come
Extremely polite and we'll mannered staff. Incredibly delicious, and we'll put together food. Warm environment, with great music. Very quick service.
Came here in the middle of my day, for lunch. Staff was very friendly and took care of me professionally. Food came fast, and it was hot and delicious. Will be coming back here for sure! It was a truly exceptional experience!
Never again. Walked in and ordered and only had one person....the manager cooking with another so called manager taking care of the drive-thru. Prior to walking in a I noticed there was only one car in the Drive-Thru Lane. I placed my order and waited over twenty minutes while five new orders in the drive thru were taken care of. I asked to speak with a manager, but Morgan refused to address me or speak. When I said something to Andrew, he stated he was also a manager, but the drive thru took priority and that it was a corporate thing. Moral to the story... don't go to Taco Bell. PS.. there were three other dine in customers just as unhappy as me
