This place sent me to the hospital. Something with the chips blistered the entire inside of my mouth immediately. Then in the cheese there was something black that turned out to be some kind of black yarn or something! Health department is investigating and they are paying the hospital bill! The crazy thing is they didn't care. The young manager refused to get me help or talk to me when I seriously needed to know what they did to know what I was reacting to. Very cold and didn't care so they know they did something bad. You can see in the pictures I posted. DO NOT EAT HERE THEY WILL KILL YOU!
I love Taco Bell, probably more than I should. A big problem with this location is how slowly the drive through line moves. Some days are better than others, but it never moves quickly. The food is standard Taco Bell fare— no better, no worse. One good thing is that I’ve never had my order messed up here. It’s always been 100% spot on.
Easily one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to and we all know Taco Bell’s aren’t even that great to begin with but this one is absolutely terrible. Location sucks the food was terrible and stale. Most of the staff look like they should still be in middle school so not sure what’s going on but definitely avoid this Taco Bell.
Over the years, we have visited this location a lot. Tonight was the final straw. Not ONE employee would take our order or even acknowledge us. One employee walked right past us. Constantly being out of ice, hit or miss food, and ridiculous wait times in the drive thru has gotten to the point where enough is enough. Not that any of them, management, or the owner of this location care.
The hispanic lady taking my order was RUDE!!! She was so incompetent that she couldn't understand I wanted BEANS instead of BEEF on my nachos. She caught the nastiest attitude with me which was unacceptable. She purposely had them make my food with meat instead of beans and I could have gotten VERY sick!!! She should be fired, this kind of immature, devious and disgusting behavior should not be allowed. ???? Also they must not ever clean their drink machines because it's like syrup, it's absolutely horrible. Dr pepper was awful and the sweet tea does not even taste like tea. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! ????♀️
We waited 30 minutes for the garbage that they served us tonight. There is clearly nobody responsible for anything at all. Normally I wouldn't judge a place so harshly based on one experience, but this was a cataclysmic failure of everything that is supposed to happen.

The place has no care what you ordered they just want your money and then give you a number to call for customer service just for it to tell you to put in a remote access code something seems fishy here I ordered a 4 pack of Cinnabon delights he rang it up as 2 2 packs because they don’t have a 4 pack and didn’t give me a single one of them so they basically wanna charge you the extra money and then give you either the wrong order or not the right amount of food ordered place needs to hire better people your drive through employees should be checking the orders are right

4/30/24 starting to slip. I know how to add a big order and everything. But you left out the 2 most expensive things on the receipt. And it was the first 2 things I said.... AND I SAIS EXTRA CHEESE, I DIDNT SAY ONLY CHEESE!!! SOMEONES BEING A SMARTA$$
