I had such a good dine in experience. Not only was the food fresh but the ambience was a vibe. No lie they delivered my food to my table with a smile. Their Pepsi products were to die for. Clean fine in area. Good area in Saint Pete to get some Taco Bell. Mitchell was professional and inviting.
They need to start cleaning house beginning with the management. Barely any food inside four taco shells. Items left out of my order. Food smells like vape. Employee outside vaping. Window worker acting like she’s on speed, leaving things out of my order that appeared on the screen, no “hello” and no “thank you.” No caring about the customer whatsoever. It’s robbery to charge ten or more dollars for a Taco Bell meal and then get barely any food inside the taco shells and the tortillas, but that’s what this place does. It should be punished by law and termination of employment I bought two meal combos and paid over twenty dollars and found out after I left that I had hardly enough actual food in my bag to amount to one whole combo meal, and I ultimately had to have dinner elsewhere. This Taco Bell should be shut down for fraud and theft of the public’s money in exchange for tiny amounts of food that are barely thrown together and of questionable food safety. Fire the district manager, fire the store manager, and keep going. Replace everyone or shut this location down. The BEST Taco Bell in the Tampa Bay area is on Ulmerton and it’s worth the drive. I have been ripped off by these druggie kids for the last time!
I see 5 stars from people going on the drive through, but people, YOU NEED TO SEE THIS "FELTHY" place from inside, I was so disgusted I had to take pictures, the thing is, I'm so glad I went to pick up for Uber Eats, and not to eat there myself, I would NEVER eat there myself, plus, everyone was rude, except from the girl on the drive through that explains why she is the only one there, and the cherry on the top? It took over 22 minutes to pick up, if it wasn't an order over 20bucks, I'd canceled and left, and the place stinks too, there, I said it, and here are my pics!
5 years ago this was 5 stars. Had to change as of recent service has been enough for me to not return. The phone is ALWAYS busy and they can't get an order right to save a life. What a racket taco bell has. Upcharge for supreme then receive regular EVERY.TIME. or an almost $5 taco for it to have less than a spoon worth of meat?! to me, that's theft. Fix it.
Late night crew sucks… no sauce or napkins when I paid for extra cheese :/ only to pull around and they’re outside smoking cigs after they forgot my nachofries and sauces and napkins.. better luck next time!
Courtney was extremely kind, really enjoyed my experience. Got drive thru and it was a bit late when I ordered so I really appreciated it.
Love the breakfast here, guilty pleasure as it's the only fast food ill get... Today on my rare stop, they ran out of hashbrowns..but let me tell you. Steak breakfast crunch wrap with potatoes and two orders of Cinnabon bites to sub out the hashbrowns slapped harder than Will Smith and I hope they never have hashbrowns again.10/10.
Tried to dine in 3 employees looked at me and just kept working the self ordering system will not substitute items and charges extra so if you order a chicken chalupa you get charged for the chicken and the extra for the meat but they won’t give you the chicken also the floors was extremely dirty when I did get my food the burritos like I expected there was meat barely any and the middle had none wow Taco Bell to continue employee were touching there hair and not were gloves take pride employees well hope the owner reads this and does and u der cover to see what’s going on with this store and no I didn’t eat the food wouldn’t even give it to my dogs!
